They sell this place with having wifi dont bother it never worked for mare than 2 seconds before dropping. None of our devices could continually have wifi. Drop your price and stop selling junk. I should get a partial refund but don't hold your breath. It is a good selling feature that is junk. Also zero over the air channels because of location. So no way to get any TV to work. If you like entertainment on your TV bring DVD player because nothing works

Site we were assigned was small & hard to back into. Barely enough room for our toad. Showers / bathrooms were very dated & need maintenance. Sheetrock was crumbling in places, stalls & shower were so unappealing that we opted to shower in our rig. Ground is uneven & our coach leveling system worked overtime trying to make things level. The area outside our front step was slanted so anyone with balance issues would have a difficult time walking around. We did not get an escort our site, but had a map to show us the way. The people opposite us parked their truck in such a way that backing in required multiple attempts.

We made a reservation on the KOA website for the St. George/ Hurricane KOA campground. We were going to stay one night and reserved a pull through for our truck and 33 foot pull behind trailer so we could get in and out easy. We show up, go to our site and it's a pull through only 35 feet long with nowhere to park out truck, even if we wanted to disconnect. We go to office and asked for new site that was long enough (57 feet) for truck and trailer. They said we had to request a long pull through when we reserved the site although there is not a place for that data anywhere in reservation. We have traveled 3 and a half months a year for 12 years and have NEVER had this issue before. So the only site that we didn't have to disconnect was a 70 foot back in site. I can back a trailer up quite well so that wasn't an issue. We backed in and realized a couple of things: 1) the site wasn't flat front to back so to stay hooked up we couldn't get flat unless we disconnected and 2) the water and power were about 5 and 7 feet from the front of the site, meaning we had to have an extra hose and and extra power extension cord to hookup For us, we won't stay here again even though it very convenient to I-15, 3 miles off of it.

Reviewing as a tent camper- The close proximity to the interstate made camping less than pleasant. This matched with placing all five of the camping groups right next to eachother and gravel tent pads, made for a mediocre experience. I would describe the restrooms as a primary example for why shower shoes are necessary at public bathrooms. Hair and dirt were pretty much everywhere and it seemed that even though they do clean the bathrooms, it's unlikely they're cleaning beneath the anti-slip mats which is where most of the hair was. The bathrooms also had stagnant air and awful lighting that gave "thriller movie" vibes.

We have been using this KOA to stop at several times a year. Loyal to them till now. We will not be using them anymore. We had our RV break down and could not meet our reservation date that was 2 days away. We were told they would not refund or credit us because we didn’t call 7 days prior. Sorry we didn’t plan our brake down to fit there requirement. All the other stops we have along the way were more than gracious and understanding and gave us full refunds or credit for our next stay. After arguing our point we were given a refund less 20 bucks. Well hopefully that 20 was worth our loyalty for many many years of stays we had there. Well no more… C-ya
