Stayed here for 2 months while traveling for work. The spaces were very large. The campground is quite and in the country. After being in the Houston area for 4 months it was so relaxing to be in the rural setting. The amenities and staff were top notch. Enjoyed the lazy river as much as I could when not working. The staff and campers living there were very welcoming. Big Thanks to Jennifer, Stacey and Tina for making our stay so enjoyable!

I cant say enough good things about St.Ives Rv resort. From the moment I arrived , the staff made me feel right at home. Lizzy in the office was such a pleasure with- Friendly, organized and always ready to answer all my questions with a smile. She made the entire check in process smooth and stress free. I was informed that the park was under new management and was blown away by the service. It was a huge upgrade over my previous expierences. The Maintenence Man was incredribly helpful with his knowledge of the RV life. He was knowledgable, prompt, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly. I met Christy the manager and what could I say see truely sets the tone for the whole park. she runs the park with professionalism and genuine care for the guest. You can tell she takes great pride in keeping the park clean, safe, and welcoming! The park itself was peaceful, well maintainedand whether your staying long or short termed, you will feel like part of the community. I cant wait for our next visit and see what else they have in store!

I recently visited St. Ives Rv Resort in Alvin Texas and had a fantastic time there celebrating my best friends birthday. The park hosts were top notch and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I especially loved the lazy river, where we floated and met other campers ready to relax and have a good time. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and refreshing as well. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away and relax, but also have some fun! We will definitely be back!

I have called St. Ives home for a year and a half now. Dawn and her staff are the best ever. Very attentive to any need you may have. The lazy river and pool/hot tub are so enjoyable after a long day at work. If you are looking for a family atmosphere you are coming to right place!! The spaces are huge and the staff make you feel at home!

The staff can be friendly as long as you have no complaints. Our neighbor/friend had a tree fall through their roof because of a dead tree that should have been cut down. We understand there was a storm, but the property is not being kept. We noticed lots of dead trees that could be potential problems in the future. Even though the place says its "family friendly" the smell of pot reeks in the air. There are a few people that live there full time. They made that perfectly clear. The one lady was boasting of being the longest tenant and could do what ever she wanted. They were rude and made comments about other peoples swimwear and how they parented their children. The gravel roads give obstacles to twisted ankles. The hot tub and pool were not maintained. Another couple came to get in the hot tub but the jets weren't working. They left but not before calling to see if someone would come fix them. We asked if this was normal and they replied yes, all the time. The after hours staff is rude when you do have to call them. The maintenance worker that came to help with the hole in the roof, didn't know what she was doing. When we left on Sunday the remnant branches and such were still on the ground. This was not the place we visited last year. The up keep has gone to trash and the workers seem incompetent. I will not be advocating for our group to revisit.
