Been here 3 times over the last year. I love to come to this style of campgrounds. Privately owned and quiet. Even though it is right off of I95 it is place ld off the main road so you feel like your out in the middle of nowhere. It has a nice rustic charm and makes you feel relaxed. Also priced much better than all the corp chains that are popping all over the place. If your looking for a nice quiet place extremely close to St. Augustine i highly recomend the place. Also the staff is always extremely friendly!

This RV park is a real gem in St Augustine. It is very well maintained, with beautiful established trees for shade. The sites are very level. It's nice and quiet. There are plenty of dog disposal sites with extra bags. The sites are grassy, mowed and the gravel and paved roads are well maintained. We saw turkey here walking on the grounds. We would absolutely stay here again as the daily rates are very reasonable.

We normally do not do private campground but we lucked up to stay here. Sites are plenty large for everything we saw come in. Pretty level with minor adjustments for us. Full hook up with cable. There are shade trees between pretty much all sites. A dog park, basketball, volleyball, corn hole, table tennis, and horseshoes. Camp office has a few items for sale and also a library you can borrow from. We learned the layout is the original from 1985 and was well planned. The office staff were extremely nice both on the phone and in person. The new Bass pro and Bucky’s is one exit up but you can take back roads to get there. The only cons to the campground is the construction at 16 and some road traffic that starts early. This place is a gem and I recommend it for anyone needing a layover or just wanting to see the local sites. Would stay here again!

Spotless well manicured park with long level packed gravel full hookup sites. Lots of cable and on-air channels and free WiFi that seems pretty zippy! Three full bars on AT&T and Verizon. Good water pressure, nice dog area, propane for sale and concrete patios with real picnic tables! A little pricey for a one nighter however we’d stay here again!

We stayed here for a week in September 2024. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The people are friendly, and the park is fine, though a bit dated. They do allow packages so that's good. The roads are narrow though and the turns could be widened as it's tough navigating a modern rig through the park. The sites are short, but it helps that you can park next to your rig. The hookups are not conveniently located, but far to the rear in the sites, so you need long utility connections. The dog park is fine, and the laundry reasonable, but there are few amenities to speak of - no playground or pool. This park is "okay" but there is certainly room for modernization and improvement. Also, and this is no fault of Stagecoach, but the construction on 16 is a complete disaster. They didn't leave enough room for a big rig (we are 65 ft. long) to be able to make the turn south onto I-95. We ended up making a left on 16 and driving up to the interchange to the north to get onto I-95 when we left, to be safe. See photo of the turn they expect you to make. Even if we took both lanes, it would have been very tight, as they put up concrete barriers and left zero space for off-tracking.
