Love this park when its empty, but there can sometimes be creepy people lingering around. I've had a few strangers try to stop me to talk to them on separate occasions, but I've also been threatened to have my dog taken by the police for throwing a ball for her. Be vigilant.

Favorite place to stop at the Chehalis River. Park is a bit basic... but penny playground is so close. The cops definitely play favorites on who they ticket for parking in no parking zones. Always people parked in the drop off area...

RV Dump $5. Has receptacles on both sides of the road, just inside the camping loop. They even had a washout hose with great water pressure.

Pretty big park, we went for the river and rock hounding. Drove the loop twice, confused where to go, and finally found it towards the end of the loop, it's not really marked. By the river it is all blocked to park with big cement blocks, so we had to park in a nearby parking area closer to the ball fields and walk back to the river. Didn't see trash or anything down there, nice and clean river. Wasn't too busy, found some other rock hounders there. Fun place to go!
