Absolutely perfect! Primitive campground with picnic tables, fire pits, and spaces for tents. No big RVs can fit here with their loud generators, so I was able to enjoy the magnificent views of a perfect summer day in peace and quiet. Only a couple other campers were here on the Friday night I stayed. Also, very clean vault toilets that didn’t even smell bad! $20/night cash.

Nice campground, not busy at all on a Thursday. Perfect stop before getting to homer the next day. Several spots overlook the bluff. Pit toilet at the beginning.

We loved site 11! It's a walk down into the campsite but it's super secluded with a gorgeous view of the water and mountains. Bald eagles fly past the site pretty frequently. Though it is a bit of a trek to the well maintained pit toilets. Stayed two nights and definitely would again. Nice and quiet!

Sites #13 and #14 are best for ocean views from the cliff. #13 seems like nothing much but that site has a short trail that leads to your own picnic table and ocean views. Secluded with shrubbery that hides you from the other sites, minimal highway noise, good breeze, very clean bathrooms. Firewood for sale. Sites are $15/night. I almost took off a star because I do not think it will accomadate big rigs, but since that didn't affect us, I couldn't do it.

We tent camped here for 2 nights while exploring the Homer area. You can't beat the views from this campground up high on the Bluff! There was a constant breeze and we were surprised there were no mosquitoes. The vault toilets were cleaned and stocked when we arrived, but the supplies quickly vanished with the memorial day weekend crowd (we always bring our own anyway). Expect traffic noise since this campground is right off the highway. The water pump did not appear to be working. The main reason for a lower rating is safety concerns for families with younger children because the proximity to the steep drop off. It looks like at least 2-3 camping spots have been shut down as the Bluff has eroded. With that said, this campground was better than a similar RV park we considered that was charging 3x as much for a gravel parking spot even closer to the cliff with zero privacy.
