This is a nice place to stay. It is next to a busy highway so you do have the sound of traffic but that is the only negative thing I have to say about this place it's a nice safe spot for adults only.

I only have positive comments. The low single star rating submitted by others is absolutely correct. The stars rating average displayed fortunately is higher than math computes. Marvin Stewart says the RV Park is Great! There is absolutely nothing wrong with trying to improve one's numbers. If you are looking for a place that offers unlimited unwarranted harassment, dynamic rule changes on the fly and garbage dumpster investigation by a person that proclaims to be a follower of Christ this is your place.

Do not stay here. The manager Sue is rude, makes up her own rules, dismal place …. She needs a psychiatrist I think. Pay a bit more and relax…. You will hate it here.

My daughter lived there for for a while, meanest old woman ran it that ever was, no children allowed, no overnight guests, unless they paid, if you left she turned your water off, if you don't put trash in the very back of dumpster she goes thru it and calls you, have to park exactly in proper place, can not have any workers over that are not approved by her and have to have own electricity and water, Thank God she is out of there and cheatedmy daughter OUUT of a weeks rent

It's cheap but we did not enjoy our experience. The lady who runs it is absolutely horrible. Busy body. Constantly rides your back for nothing. Will make you move for no reason. You can have zero company, enjoy the outdoors or even use the dumpster properly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. LAST RESORT.

This was one of the worst places I have ever had to pay to stay. If you have kids, friends, or a life of ANY sort, be aware!! I was hardly ever home, but I was constantly scolded for walking my dog at 'all hours'... (2 jobs, 11pm... ), using the public restroom (that'swhat its FOR), parking my cars side by side for less than an hour.. It was ridiculous. 4 months, and I have had enough. I feel sorry for her. There must be some reason she can't just let people live their lives.

If your Christian, dont mind you can not have seating outside, or enjoy Christian TV, this place is perfect. And dont cuss or have mud or dirt on your trailer either!!
