Great place to stay. The park is quiet and clean. Venessa makes sure your stay is perfect. Covered sites available. I stayed here over a year while working in the area.

Excellent rv park, large dog park. Provides covered sites well maintained. Located beside highway 83 but traffic tends to follow work schedules and heaviest during rush hour- quieter on weekends. Less than 10 min to Zapata. Enjoyed our stay - very friendly

My husband and I stayed here for four months while my husband worked in Zapata. Venessa, Nira and Manuel are the kindest people and are very accommodating. There is laundry on site, a clean rec hall to use if we wanted and a large dog park! It felt like a little piece of home during our stay and we can’t recommend them enough if you’re in the area! 🌵🇺🇸

We love this place, the owners are so nice and friendly. the cement slabs are clean as are the shower and toilets. We store our 5th here when we aren't traveling, stay a night and then on our way.... always a positive experience.
