Shane Aldridge, was our sales representative. Shane was very personable and knowledgeable on the Truck I was interested in. He took his time in explaining all the features the truck had to offer and answered all of my questions. Shane worked with me on getting the best price for the vehicle, and based on the current situation with the chip shortage and limited availability of trucks in general, we came to a price we could both live with. The paperwork process was simple and fairly quick as was the payment process with the financial office. I believe the finance person was actually Shane Aldridge's wife which is pretty cool. I did speak with a Ms. Taylor when I first called Stokes Chevrolet dealership. She was very kind and helpful. She verified that the truck I wanted to look at was actually on the lot and available for purchase. She set up an appointment time to come view the truck and made sure the truck was clean and ready for viewing. Overall, I am very pleased with the no fuss experience I had with Shane and the whole staff at Stoke Chevrolet. During a time when inventory is scarce, it was nice to find a dealer that was still willing to work with me on price. Unlike many others, Stokes did not hike up their prices well above MSRP.
