Spent a weekend here in November. The nights were cold and the days warm. Perfect weather! The view of the lake and sunsets on the lake were perfection. Staff was friendly. Love that we got to experience the Indian pow wow. Will definitely be returning!

Great campground. We had a wonderful stay. Rented a yurt for something different and it a cool set up (less no bathroom). Our kids enjoyed their time. Hightly recommend them. We are planning on returning.

If you like a challenge or consider yourself a master driver while hauling a big rig, this is your place! Prepare to maneuver tight turns, narrow paths, washed out roads, rocky corners, and/or washed out shoulders. The lake is nice, no swimming. The cable car ride closes if rain is predicted …for hours or the entire day…which at this time of year is every day. The staff do not want to be there, will not smile, and reluctant to answer any questions with any other answer other than, “I couldn’t tell you”, or “say what?” Not what it was 20 years ago. Unkept. Not a good choice.

Beautiful! The squirrels were a bit pesky, but everything else was very nice. The concrete slabs were great, and our site.came with a little covered seating area with a picnic table. Only complaint, we weren't happy that in addition to our camping fees, we were charged an additional $20 to enter the park. Effective 5/12/25 the new Junk Fees Law will make this illegal in that all additional fees must be disclosed in advance.

The road in the campgrounds are poor. Potholes and tree roots make the drive pretty rough. It needs attention. The spot where we were was very unlevel, by the time my RV got us level, we had two wheels off the ground. We paid for 50 amp service but it was not working, so we had 30 amp service. No septic at that particular spot. The temps were cool so we only needed one air conditioner. The campground was very scenic, lots of trees
