Went to the yearly light show and for only $20 per vehicle it was worth the trip

Best park I have ever stayed at. The extra amenities are nice (laundry, bathrooms, and shower house) and the people that own and maintain the place are excellent. Both Carrie and Rob are great and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great during my stay. Would stay again and definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to that area!

Great location to town and the beautiful St. Francois State Park and Bonne Terre Mine. The staff are friendly and very helpful! Clean modern bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond and the lovely scenery.

My family was traveling and needed a RV park to stay the night. I called and book the site for them. The lady I spoke with was amazing and so helpful. After my SIL became very Ill on the way there, my daughter had to pull the camper the remaining way for the first time ever. When they were do to arrive, there was a bad storm and it was after dark. Ron, not sure if he was the owner or attendant, met them at the turn off off the hwy and led her in to the park and to their spot. They went above and beyond to make sure they made it with less stress! I can not thank them enough for taking care of my family in a very stressful situation. My daughter loved the park and said they will definitely be back to enjoy it.

Very disappointed with the Christmas lights. We had not gone for nearly 20 years. I remember it being a magical place with all the lights on the rocks and through the trees. Nothing like that now. Covid or cost of electricity? Would not recommend

Nice campground in Bonne Terre, just south of Festus, MO. We have stayed here twice now. Owners are so nice and friendly, we have not met them, but reserved a couple nights over the phone. We pulled in late, around 9 pm. Used flashlights but had no trouble at all. Pull thru with full hook ups. We attended the Mead Festival in Festus so this was the perfect set up for the weekend.

Would like to thank you for being able to fit myself and friends in. We took your last 2 spots available, we understood we could not be right next to each other but you accommodated us and was able to get us next to each other. No the park doesn’t have anything for kids but we don’t have them. Was easy in and easy out.

We stayed a long weekend and it was great! The owner had seen a problem with our camper and stepped in to help! We will definitely be going back and staying longer next time! We also meet some great people while camping! I will recommend this place to all my friends! Thanks for the great experience!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Overnight on our way through the state. When your needing to pull off and need a overnight no hassle sight this is great. Had pull through and full hookups. Super nice people also. Very accommodating.

I hate to sound discouraging. So this is just a heads up. My husband's company stayed here for five month's, this year. This campground is very simple. If you like simple, this place is for you. We have small children, however. There is no playground or area at all for kids. A single, washer and dryer is in a poorly lit room. I called the office my first trip out there, to ask where the laundry room was as I facing the front of one of the buildings. The rip on the phone replied with "in the room where the sign says laundry." Nice. Heads up it is not visible from the front. The entrance is on the side near the exit of the camp. I am a VERY light sleeper. The campground is right on a double-lane highway. We were placed where there are no trees or shrub screen to block the sound of 70 mph traffic. I didn't sleep a wink the first time I visited out there. Take earplugs! The site is about 20 minutes from everything, so that was nice. The site is also near several nice state parks.
