The manager likes to pocket money here after numerous times of reaching out after leaving and no one responding and or reaching back out I just hope the owner sees this and anyone else for future reference there are parks better ran else where I had issues with the sewer line cracking due to the cold and reached out to a person that was maintenance for the park and he had told me he is working for free due to them not paying him so I may not get my refundable deposit either

Wish they didn’t let so many people from the public in, was a great stay but a couple nights ago at the bar and grill a young girl dressed like a cowboy that was playing pool was very loud and clearly drank way too many, didn’t appear she was staying at the resort, was a little uncomfortable because of that experience, other then that was a good stay

Wonderful site! Everything you need is here. Air conditioned laundry, clean swimming pool, restaurant on site, great wifi, clean site and friendly management. Stayed here for a month plus and was very happy.

The location is great for commute to the plant for work. 10 mins to Walmart. There is a bar and grill on site that’s decent, laundry facility is small but good. 2 good size showers with a bathroom. Internet kinda sucks but everything else makes up for it.

Veen here a few times now. They have a food truck (haven't tried yet) and an open air bar that's open to the public. They're currently renovating it to add bathrooms attached directly from the side of the bar and a pool playing area. Can't wait for it to be complete! They close at 10 I believe so it's not a place where you can go and stay out all night but it's a nice cozy spot to hit up.

I do Mobile RV Repair so I see a lot of parks. This park has a lot of character to it. With the landscaping, ponds and pool, it looks like the management works hard to make the park interesting and looking nice for their tenants.

I have been there a few times for customers to work on their RVs and I think that part is beautiful people there are very nice and friendly. I can't wait to visit again.

2Nutz Adventures

We stayed here 4 nights. We thought this place was great! The spot we were placed in was concrete and very level. We had no problem with any of the services, although we were concerned about the waste water(PVC Pipe) line running across the back part of the pad. There was no issue as anything worked as advertised. We felt the Office person was friendly enough. The restrooms were clean and cool(air conditioned). The pool looked nice although we did not it. Our was some sites had parked more than 2 vehicles and caused some congestion due to narrow passage. We feel that most folks here are weekly or monthly working at the nearby Phillips/Chevron Refinery. Which does cause high traffic in and out morning and evenings. Price was very good at $31.50 a day with our Good Sam discount. Our stay was enjoyable.
