All though it was a very cold weekend and the pool was closed for obvious reasons! We still had a blast!! Our son had broken his leg right before our visit and trying to get his wheel chair to and from the office was rough but they offered us a golf cart on them for the entire weekend! Our stay was fantastic. It was our first time there but it wont be our last! Everyone was so friendly! Thank you to all the fabulous stuff!!

We won a 1 night stay on the Facebook page! So we ended up booking a cabin which required a 2 night stay so totally fine. We thought we booked a regular cabin but it was one of their tiny mobile homes, for the price it is steep, but thankfully we had the one night free. It's easily one of the cleanest campgrounds I have ever been too. We are big K.O.A fan's and this one is the best one i have visited. I felt as if the sites were nicely spread apart! The only downfall is definitely pricing through out. Between paying extra for resort fees and the dog fee was the most I have ever paid for, but I would love to come back if the price is right!

I am extremely disappointed in KOA. I would think that a business that has America in it's name would have some pride in our country. When I arrived I found a gigantic KOA flag, on the same pole as a tiny tattered American flag, completely overshadowing it. Although flag etiquette is not law, anything that goes against it actually disrespects the flag. Additionally they have no lights illuminating the flag at night and they leave it flying all night. The grounds were nice and well kept. Nice enough amenities, no real complaints there. My biggest complaint is the corporate greed and "pay for to play" feel of this place. They don't allow outside firewood even if you bring your own kiln dried they make you buy theirs. Their excuse is it's bad for the environment but we know they just are greedy. Prices are fairly high for a normal tent site and if you don't like your site and want to choose a vacant site they charge you a nightly fee. This does not feel like a hometown campground but more like a trip on spirit airlines. Last thing is they do have fun activities but they all take place in an outdoor area that dogs are not allowed. Dog friendly sure but you and your family will be split up one parent with the dog and the other with the kids.

Very nice campground! ALL staff are so very friendly and helpful! There is so much to offer here! It’s kid friendly but it’s also very quiet for those who don’t. Lots of fun activities…every week the office gives out a flyer. My kids would have LOVED this campground when they were young. Lots of shade! Well maintained park. From what I can see most sites are fairly level. I know there are people who don’t like rules, but they are in place for a reason. Bring your fishing poles…catch and release pond. They also have paddle boats & boards and golf carts for rent. Also a nice game room and laundry. Have a look on their website for all the camping accommodations as they have many. I definitely recommend this campground!

We had an amazing time at the Strafford/Lake Winnipesaukee KOA! The sites were large & shaded beautifully where we were in camp. The bathrooms were clean. Our kids loved the pool and splash pad. The staff was all friendly & helpful. Fishing was perfect as that is all our son wanted to do. He caught an abundance of fish! We will definitely return and next time, stay longer! Beautiful campground!
