This was probably the best campsite of our entire two-week stay in Canada/Ontario. Very friendly owners and staff. Dedicated young men and women who were open to any questions and always provided us with perfect firewood. The location is simply fantastic. A great little beach by the river. A great playground for the kids. A great little kiosk. Everything is clean and tidy. We'll visit you again on our next trip to Canada. Simply fantastic. Please keep up the good work. We'll definitely be reporting on your site more often and recommending it to anyone who comes to the area. But be careful, a washing machine is probably rusting inside. I had white T-shirts and towels/socks inside, which now all have an orange tint around the collar. But that's really just a side note. We had plenty of other clothes. And I like dogs, but your dear four-legged friend runs off quite often and sometimes barks. Unfortunately, my child is a bit anxious about things like that. Maybe just make sure he can't run off too often. Warm greetings from Germany!

Stayed here two weeks in late September and had a great time visiting family from North Bay and bike riding. Hats off to all of staff at this KOA, your customer service is outstanding. Plan on being back a few weeks next year also.

This is a wonderful KOA along the Sturgeon Falls river. The sites are spacious and level. There are lots of trees and grassy areas. Most of all, the staff is amazing - the most friendly, kind, and professional people. The waterfront allows for lots of fishing and boating. (we didn't swim because it was a bit chilly)

We needed a pull through RV site for 1 night and called ahead to see if the KOA in Sturgeon Falls had availability. Having stayed at a really great KOA in Thunder Bay two nights previously we had high expectations and were not disappointed! We were greeted at the gate and shown to a wonderful pull through site. The park is very clean and looks well maintained. Will definitely stay again on our way back to BC !

This was our first KOA stay at this KOA since becoming members recently. The experience from arrival to departure was excellent. Staff were very prompt and helpful. I was impressed with their efficiency, having everything ready for our arrival. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire campground, including all amenities. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this KOA.
