Super great! Friendly staff and loved the pool. Edited as of 12/31/24. we went back, and this place was quite different. It had been sold to new owners and was so run down. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was quite disturbing.

Park was great for the price. Concrete pad and manager was very attentive through txt message. Bathrooms we're a bit dirty and only 2 out of the 4 worked. All in all was a good experience.

A decent RV park for long-term stays. Relatively close to Kemah, League City and Texas City. There are a few bad apples, but they mostly keep to themselves. The management is very reasonable and easy to work with. They typically address concerns right away. The only issue I had was that the hot tub was out of service for most of my several month stay.

Just visited this place to see if I’d like it..the reviews looked good, but they were old. Not sure what’s going on, but the hot tub was cold and filthy. The mote around the place is filled with garbage and looks like a swamp. No way I’d stay here. Something had to have happened.

Management is very knowledgeable about the park and area. Has a HUGE Community Room for parties, gatherings, and a full size stove in case the RV's oven is too small for the task.

Nice clean small CG. Only 4 years old. Better than the large, crowded CGs in Kehma.

DONT STAY HERE! We stayed here for about 3 or 4 months. They The manager of the park Kristie is TERRIBLE I’ve never had an experience so bad. She is DRAMA and searches for things to complain about. I work nights as a cocktail waitress (which I should not be discriminated for) so I sleep most of they day, so I maybe only spoke to the woman 3 or 4 times (super nice to my face) but she made up terrible lies about me for reasons unknown to me… I had multiple complete strangers stop me to let me know about what was being said…. I left soon after. Big spot rv is MUCH BETTER they mind their business and look out for each other. Myself and SEVERAL others left due to the high school nature of this place

My family of four stayed for labor day weekend. The park is clean and well kept. The pool was always clean and the hot tub hot. Nice little spot to park and find adventures around Kemah and Texas City.

My husband and I recently retired and toured Summer Breeze as a potential destination for our motor home shake down cruise. The facility is clean and well planned. The bath houses are spotless and well appointed. There is some shade as well as all the necessary hook ups. I spoke with manager Christie and she is very friendly and accommodating. The area is supported by Uber and is reasonably close to several restaurants and night spots. We haven't taken our cruise yet but Summer Breeze is our choice when we do.
