This place is the worst. They pass all the fees onto residents at their own choosing and get you in at a cheap price only to raise prices 6 months after the purchase and continues to increase. The billing structure makes no sense and no one will explain it because they know they are ripping people off and all the "amenities' shut down in the summer exceot for the pool and even have a curfew on when you can access the computer room that should be available 24/7 but they like to treat us like we are children. Everyone knows everyone's business because the guest services gossip all day long about other guests and reisdents- i have a 17 minute video of them talking about me to another guest because I asked them to explain their billing cycle and they didnt and wouldnt they act as if they are clueless which is stupid considering they are responsible for the billing and handling payments so if they dont know why the heck would the residents know.and why they working in guest services if they can't and don't answer questions. Pardon me I did get a response one time where they told me that they dont care because cal am has good lawyers so thats why they could care less and avoid explaining anything. There are over 100 homes for sale in here at sun life because people are finally realizing what a joke this place is. They dont make any upgrades or anything each year although they blame the rent increases on upgrades. They dont even pave the street each year they do half one year and the other half the following year and the bathrooms are freezing with the air conditioner blasting because we are footing the bill for it. Guests that stay a.month or less dont pay for utilities so guess who picks up the tab for that? Me.the year round resident that pays the.nightly rate multiplied by 365 days Run dont walk away from here. They just raise prices and wait for you to die so they can take over your home and resell it again and cycle continues. In the 5 years I been here there has been 4 managers its a joke and all the properties around here are cal am and all are in a monopoly and price.lock so you can't tell that your being ripped off until its too late. Run thats all I can say.....

Had a great meal . Food was served very hot and delicious. Server was on her game with refills and anything else we needed. Don't remember her name but outstanding service ... We will be back

We were headed to Mesa in our class B, Wife said tonite let’s get a 10 10 10 resort, something special. We called Sunlife RV in Mesa, saw their spectacular add in Good Sam, paid our $100 reservation fee and we arrive to find that they have stuck on a gravel pad between two park homes with utilities spread all over the place. If you’re thinking about Sunlife RV in Mesa, it may be best to look around. This is Very disappointing.

Super friendly atmosphere! I've had a great time here. Have about four more days left and getting a good feel of how Phoenix Arizona is in the surrounding area. I wasn't a fan of Phoenix itself but these smaller towns around it are fun to visit. This little resort was a fun little stay and had a great time with the full-timers as well as just renting. Great group of people loads of fun, lots to do and you might want to stay a couple weeks to get it all in. All the fun under the sun at the Sun Life Resort!!!

We have met allot of people the last few weeks being here. We felt very welcomed being here. We are here at the beginning of the season n looking forward to what it will all be. We are work campers and hoping that living and working here will be a an awesome adventure 💕. This park does have pretty much everything you would need, besides a grocery store, but that literally is right across the street lol

Pool area is lovely! I love all the palm trees. What's not to like? Nothing!! It's wonderful. Lots of clean bathrooms and friendly people. Thursday donuts are delicious. Great coffee every morning. Security patrols grounds and at entry of park.

Our view for morning coffee and evening happy our.They don't manage this park very well and they don't like motor homes. Too expensive. We're our of here.

Dirty. Noise is bad. Unfriendly. Pet area poorly maintained. Not advised of activities or changes. Like being in a slum. Many VERY old units.

Very many rules. Over charging, no receipts. Even on ordering ap. Guest service is low. The residents talk about it but are afraid to say anything. THERE WAS A PETITION for people to sign to save the manager, Steve. They felt like they had to sign it or fear retaliation. Met 2 different people who are leaving because of management. The guests are fun.
