We stayed at this campsite for the long weekend. Our second time. We have traveled with our RV throughout the US and consider this one of the top 5 campsites out of over 100 we have visited. Families with children had a blast with all the Halloween festivities. They have one of the nicest recreational areas we have seen along with magnificent pools. The owner helped us pick out our site as we arrived late Thursday night. Very helpful. One disappointment today was we had hurricane like weather (Nor’easter)and did not have a break from torrential rain and high winds until 10:30. We received a phone call from the front desk (11:20)asking if we checked out yet and after explaining that we were late because of the storm she reminded us that check out was at 11 and they have someone for our site checking in early. This was disappointing that she was more worried about those coming in and not for our safety. From 11:30 until 11:50 we saw 8 to 10 others leaving late most likely because of the unsafe weather prior to 10:30. She lacked compassion and understanding but would not let this one incident or person deter anyone from staying there because we watched the many other staff all weekend help to make many have an enjoyable holiday visit while making memories.

Rented one of the cabins for the weekend. Clean and comfortable. The only thing we would do different next time would to bring an extra mattress topper. Need were little firmer then we liked, but that's us. Best moccasin and we walked around the park and week go back with our camper next season. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Sun Retreats Cape Cod was nothing short of Check all the boxes of Fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—not just by the friendly, and professional staff, but by the peaceful, well-kept atmosphere of the entire campground. Check in was lighting fast. It took me longer to walk in and out than it did to check in from the positive upbeat smiling staff. We stayed in one of the RV sites by the two Pools. The RV site had all the little touches that made it feel more like a home, picnic table, chairs around the fire pit, they even have a thoughtful General Store with all the supplies you might have forgotten. The campground was beautifully maintained—lush trees, clean paths, and charming touches like hanging flower baskets and cheerful signage. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was crystal clear, and relaxing, and the recreational areas like mini golf, a lake to paddle board, or if you like paddle boats, they have them to go around the lake. The WIFI was awesome. The bathrooms and showers were clean, and well maintained. There are Laundry rooms. There is also a sandy beach area to lay out in the sun. With that said it gave our family plenty to do without ever needing to leave the site. There was a genuine sense of community, too. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and it was clear that many guests return year after year—which says a lot! This was our 3rd year booking a site. We stayed at there cabins one year, and brought an RV the rest of the visits to this campground. If you like a Front desk staff that understands customer service, lives near by, as well as has a conversation with you, and not just have a one way conversation at you, then you have found the right place. Also worth noting, the location is ideal. It's just a short drive to some of the best beaches, awesome Downtown Falmouth, and Cape Cod attractions. But even if you never left the campground, you’d have a relaxing, and fulfilling stay. There are no perfect Campgrounds out there in the world today, but this one will will be up there as the top places you have camped. Thank you to the entire team at Sun Retreats Cape Cod for creating such a warm, welcoming, and clean place to relax. We’re already planning our return visit—and next time, we’re staying even longer!

This was our third time staying at Sun Retreats Cape Cod in East Falmouth, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! We came as a group of three families, and everything—from the clean facilities to the well-maintained sites—made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The recreation space is truly the highlight. The kids (and adults!) had so much fun, and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into making it family-friendly and engaging for all ages. We did have a single incident with a staff member who was verbally aggressive, which was unexpected and out of character for what we’ve experienced in the past. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and we’re hopeful it was an isolated situation. We’ll definitely be coming back—this place continues to be one of our favorite family getaway spots on the Cape!

Visiting at Sun Retreats Cape Cod was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with peaceful walking trails, sparkling clean facilities, and a calm, family-friendly vibe that instantly puts you at ease. My site was spacious and private, nestled under tall trees with just the right balance of sun and shade. The amenities—like the pool, laundry, general store, and activities—were incredibly convenient and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the proximity to beaches, downtown Falmouth, and charming local shops. If you're looking for a serene and scenic getaway in Cape Cod with all the comforts of a well-run resort, Sun Retreats Cape Cod is the place to be. I can't wait to come back! The bathrooms were clean

We came here last year and we loved it so much we booked a 9 day stay for this summer coming up. They had a lot of activities for the kids I felt safe letting my kids go on their daily scooter rides to go play. The staff was friendly. Clean facility bathrooms laundry room and the cabin was nice. We are excited to return this summer.

This RV resort campground was great! 2 pools, a hot tub, playground and pond with beach and paddleboard for rent and 9 hole mini golf to name a few amenities! Staff members were great. Loved dog park partitioned in 2 areas. Comfort stations with free showers were clean and 2 laundtomat areas available next to clubhouse. You could use debit card or coins for washer and dryer. Nice clean park with good size sites. We'll be back next year!

We had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend people check it out if you are traveling to Cape Cod - especially with dogs and kids. We had a 2 bedroom cabin with air conditioning and a full kitchen. Resort activities were amazing and the workers at the resort, especially Elena, were amazing. They had wonderful family centric programming on the weekends that was easy to do and didn't take away from our time site seeing. There were a ton of things to do too including swimming, a club house and a pond. Location was great too for anything in the falmouth area. We will definitely be back at some point and we miss all of our friends at this Sun Resort.

This is the third Sun Retreat/Outdoor location we have stayed at on the East Coast. The campground is big. There are plenty of activities for the kids on site and activities provided by staff Thu-Sun. They have two dog parks with plenty of room for running. The lake is nice w/adjoining beach. Price is typical of a beach area (although cheaper than the ones in Jersey and Delaware). Decent location to many site seeing areas around. The tent site areas are actually very nice and I was impressed with them. There is a nature trail next to the dog park that is not advertised or signed, but it's there. The camp store was sad at this location and quite disappointing to be honest. Just like with the other two, don't expect a spacious site. Space means money to this company. My neighbor could hear my cat fart. The staff here was not as friendly as I anticipated. The lady in the shop jumped down my throat when I came in holding my puppy in order to pay for my kids stuff. A lot of local car tags here, so a lot of home state people here. Sad to see trash on the beach and in the water at the lake. All in all, I'd give this 4/5 stars because of the size and the amenities based on other CG in the area.

It was an awesome stay. We felt like we were 10 minutes away from anything we wanted to do outside of the campground. The staff was very nice and the cottage we stayed in was clean. Staying here made our vacation great. The kids had an awesome time and we couldn't get them away from the arcade. We plan on visiting more locations as well as returning to this Cape Cod location.

We have stayed at the Cape Cod RV Resort a few times since 2009 but this time was in a cabin. (we tented once and brought our camper a couple other times) The cabins were not what I expected, a little cramped in the bedrooms and the floors had been swept but were not 'cleaned'. I had to clean the floors after arrival. We couldn't lock the kitchen door so I blocaded it with chairs and the sliding door couldn't be locked from the outside. The lattice work was busted a bit and moldy looking. The bathroom trim work was peeling off. I assume it being the end of the season they will tend to these minor things off-season. The cost of a bundle of wood for a fire was very expensive at $15 a bundle. In addition, there was no mention of a pet fee until we checked out after a week; $84.00. It would have been much better to know that prior to staying. On a lighter note, the campground was beautiful as always and the staff were very attentive and helpful - no complaints there! We would stay again but are reluctant to stay again in a cabin.

Cape Cod RV a wonderful place to stay! Great for pets, kids couples! The staff are professional and polite and very competent. The campground is the nicest CLEANEST campground I have had the pleasure to stay at! This campground is well maintained, clean with all the amenities anyone could imagine. Pond and beach are amazing, the pools, hot tub game areas and store. Truly a premiere campground! Going back in two weeks and I can hardly wait! Thank you

Large, spacious and level sites. We loved the beautiful outdoor furniture and fire ring. The bathhouse was immaculate. Office staff was friendly and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing stay. This was our first time here but we definitely will plan a return trip.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a cabin. Campground is clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice big pool for families and a good size one for adults only. Pool closes at 8p on weekends/7p weekdays currently. Activities for kids run only Friday through Sunday at this time but they have things planned like ice cream socials, tie dye and crafts for example. Seemed fully booked on the weekend we were there, quiet during the week. Our kids enjoyed trying paddle boarding ($20 per hr rental fee). They have a nice pond beach area. Small basic mini golf course ($3 all day use fee). Old Silver Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Rec Hall is closed currently, but kids kept busy in the pool, riding their bikes, playing BB and spent time at the playground too.
