We’ve stayed at this campground several times in the past and always had a great time, but this experience has completely changed our view. I received a voicemail saying my payment would be credited for another year, with no mention that I needed to call or take any further steps. When I finally called to use the credit, I was told it was no longer valid because I “never called.” That’s not what the message said, and it feels like a convenient excuse to avoid honoring the credit. Especially at these prices, I expect better communication and integrity. Sadly, this does it for us—we won’t be coming back.

Been coming here for years great campground, great location. The bathrooms were always clean, quiet at night and you can walk right down to old Orchard Beach. Staff was friendly. It got taken over by Sun outdoors. They seem to have put a lot of money in it with the new rental cabins. Haven’t been there in a few years. I would say it’s a great choice if you want to enjoy just parking your car and walking to everything.

Campground was a noisy party place , quiet time at 11 was not respected and no patrols at night to address the loud partying. We were overcharged for July 4th weekend even though we booked in April. I wouldn’t take my children there. The smell of weed was definitely an all day/night concern, especially during breakfast at 8 in the morning. Again , not enforced. Bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. We complained about the loud music at 2am our last night there and no response. Poorly run and only out for money. I would not recommend this place.

Some campsites are a little tight. Premium sites have more room for campers that are 30+ feet. We went to check our first choice site for reservation made for next month and found it smaller than we'd like so we asked to change site and office was very accommodating! We were able to change to premium site for same week we reserved in August. Happy we checked it out ahead of time! Park looked clean and has nice recreation area including large outdoor pool and a small dog park. Looking forward to staying there next month.

My family and I had an excellent time there at the campground. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the cottage also along with the pool and playground for the kids. We will be back there . Thank you for everything . Much appreciated. We were so pleased with everything

Very nice place, stayed there for three months and the place was well kept the entire time. They even had live bands and showed vies for the kids on weekends. Overall very nice place to stay

We stayed here 3 nights at site 621 in our 39 ft RV. The site was very large, level and with PLENTY of room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The campground itself was very clean and spacious. We really like this place for its close proximity to town, it was only a 15 minute walk to the beach. There is also a trolley ($2) that stops at the front.

We came here from NH for a quick night to getaway to the ocean. What a wonderful place! Friendly staff to greet us with lots of information about the trolley and amenities, the cleanest bathroom/shower house and perfect spot for our tent. Gorgeous sunrise to greet you in the morning. Definitely coming back!
