Beautiful, well kept RV park! Friendly staff, several dog park areas. We thought it was top notch considering other RV parks we've stayed in.

This is not the standard of Sun Outdoor Resorts that we're accustomed to. Sites are close. Wi-Fi is terrible, especially if you're trying to get some work done. Really didn't like that they turned the sprinklers on around my site at 10 am, while we're trying to put things in our truck to spend the day out. I got soaked and had on nice clothes. For what I pay to spend a week in a nice RV resort, this place is a disappointment. We won't be back.

We had an amazing stay here. We parked at a pull through spot. It was clean, late check in was easy, great communication with staff. The amenities were all great. We used one of the two pools one day. There are two dog parks available for off leash use for varying sized dogs. It was gated and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! Laundry room and showers were maintained daily. The staff was very friendly! We will continue to use this resort for years to come. Campsites were roomy and level.

Great place to stay in your RV. We’ve been here for almost a month as our temporary living arrangement since we’ve moved to the Panama City area. They have the best prices when we compared them to the others, and the only ones we found to offer long term stay. The amenities are nice and kept up. The employees are friendly and helpful. We haven’t had a single issue since being here. Great location being close enough to the attractions without being stuck in the center of everything when you want to unwind a little.

Our friend Tommie Christian arrived at S.O. to camp at there prepaid site #73 they had made six months earlier only to find out that they had given it to another camper, then lied and said that it was under construction, when in fact it was not. Shame on you Sun Outdoors, your word is worthless. As a small note, they did give him a 10% discount on another site, but they lied, and even did not follow their own rules and regulations.

Clean, pretty, lots of spaces. Gave 4 stars as the concrete pads are on the short and narrow side for a long 5th wheel making it a tad challenging to back in. Glad we had a good neighbor to direct us. Park has a heated pool and plenty of space for kids to roam and ride a bike. Nice area to sit and watch a water fountain in the pond. Plenty of space around the park for a nice walk. Only been here a few days so still discovering what they have. Location is great, next to everything, shopping, great restaurants and even a zoo! I would definitely recommend it.

We have been here 3 weeks and everyday...all day there is heavy equipment construction. Constant noise from the equipment and often beginning before 7 am and quiet hours are until 8 am. We made our reservations just a week before we arrived and no one told us that there would be construction and constant noise. We have also had 4 power outages and had water interruptions which required us to to boil our water. My husband and I work corporate jobs with the flexibility to travel. The heavy machinery noise is a conference call distraction. The pool and hot tub close at dusk which is 4:30.

We stayed five nights at this resort. We had a beautiful pool in sight overlooking a small lake. I think it's well worth getting the upgrade to a premium site. The other sites were also nice. The laundry room was clean. We did not use the pool. The dog parks were awesome! The grounds of the resort are well kept.
