A beautiful park! One of our favorites during the fall color change along the river. Great customer service. Hard working staff in the park. A couple of suggestions: Put some rock down in the muddy entrances to the basketball court and dog parks. Do some more improvements to the gym. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice RV resort with cabins. We stayed her for a week which gives us a discount, check-in was a breeze, they filled our motorhome tank for a reasonable price. The also have a dog wash, a pool wit a lazy river, basketball court, a bounce pad that the kids love, and an RV wash which our motorhome can drive through. We love it her and will be back.

Our family had such an amazing stay at Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge Resort! The first thing we noticed was how clean and well-kept the entire property is — everything feels fresh and inviting, which made it so easy to settle in and feel at home. The amenities are a huge highlight! The kids loved spending hours floating in the lazy river and splashing in the pool, and there were tons of activities and fun spots just for them. It’s truly one of the most family-friendly resorts we’ve ever stayed at, with something for everyone to enjoy. The location is another big win — right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment, yet still tucked back enough to feel peaceful and private. We highly recommend Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge Resort for families looking to create lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Rented an RV site here. They have wonderful amenities, super family friendly and absolutely stellar pool and play area. It's so close to everything and such a reasonable price. Totally worth it. Mostly gravel but they have nice wide roads for RVs and the back in sites were super easy to get in and out of. We had two minor hiccups while there. When we checked in there was a trailer in our assigned spot. It ended up being the storage trailer that belonged to the campground, they moved it quickly but the grass was overgrown. Not a huge deal but disappointing to not have a spot as well kept as the rest of the campground. Also, the Internet was trash. It may have been because we were at the far end of the campground but it was an inconsistent connection. We didn't use it much so it was ok but would have been nice to wind down at night and watch something. Otherwise it was great and we will stay again!

We stayed at Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge for a short visit and overall had a decent stay. The location is great—close to local attractions—and the campground has lots of nice shade, which we appreciated during the warmer parts of the day. The amenities were clean and well-kept, and there’s plenty to do, but there were a few things that kept this from being a 5-star experience. Our gravel site had quite a few weeds and some large mud puddles, which made it tough to keep our dog out of the mess. Charging for the dog bath was also a bit of a bummer, especially since some resorts offer that as a courtesy. Staff interactions were polite, though not particularly engaging. For the price, we expected a little more polish and attentiveness overall. One concern was the lack of a storm shelter—there was a tornado warning during our stay, and no clear place to go for safety. It’s a solid campground in a great area, but just be mindful of site selection and weather preparedness. With a few improvements, it could easily earn that extra star.
