We booked a cabin for the weekend and it definitely was not cleaned before our arrival. There was heavy Dust in all the corners of all the floors, and on the blinds. There were 2 crappy coffee makers but no complimentary filters or coffee which was just kind of annoying The store sold make your own nespresso or keurig for $2 but they don’t open until 9am. Also they don’t stock much of anything but you are close to shopping. The pond seemed clean but was across from some sort of quarry/ mine which was pretty noisy. The location was perfect for us but otherwise just meh. Super annoyed by the dust. For over $200 per night and you have to bring your own linens, someone could at least swiffer sweep the place.

Just got back from staying on lot h-5 with our new RV.My wife and I loved it ! Great people and a lot of America's finest, X-cops and X fire we're there too.Tons of stuff to do.Also have a cool restaurant with live entertainment right on the beautiful lake.Folks we're more than kind and just plain nice.My wife loved sitting on one of the beaches able to have a cocktail while sunbathing and swimming.These folks know how to have fun!And it's on the cape ta boot!

We enjoyed the pool and beach. Also the kids in our group loved the jumping pad. The front desk/reception staff needs customer service training. They were rude and unhelpful. Interesting too that I am not the first person to state this in the reviews. Please ensure they are given customer service training for future guests.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I've been camping at this place for 11 years. This year was different. The male receptionist wasn't very polite. I rented a spot with water and electricity, but when I got there, there was no water or electricity. He told me there was only one vacant space, far from the water, and that I would have to vacate on Friday, even though my reservation was for Saturday. I was upset with his disregard. And to avoid losing my vacation with three children, I asked to have my neighbor's power plug pulled. They gave me an extension cord, and the power problem was resolved. The maintenance guys were excellent. However, I paid for electricity and water. Not even a responsible person came to see if we needed anything, or at least apologize for what happened (I would totally understand). I had to get out by car and go to the bathroom to wash dishes. And the bathrooms this year were filthy like I'd never seen before. I paid extra to secure my space, which showed on the website that it would have water and electricity. I'm very upset and I don't know if I'll come back

Spent the 4th there and the campground itself is quite nice, with a peaceful atmosphere and a good lake that adds a lot to the camp. It's a nice spot to relax and enjoy nature, and the location has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by the staff, who were generally unfriendly and at times outright rude. It felt like some guests were treated differently than others, which made the stay uncomfortable, and unpleasant. There's definitely a need for staff training to ensure everyone is treated equally and respectfully. Overall, while the natural setting is beautiful, the management and site conditions really took away from the experience. With some improvements, this place could be great

This is a beautiful RV park, clean, places marked well. They have great amenities and our kids loved the playground! We had an issue with our RV steps and Tim helped us. He was a hero! Would 100% come back!

Good location, safe and clean campground and cabin. Fresh small spring fed pond with nice beach area and snack bar. Activities and family friendly areas. Cabins small and pricey. Crowded campground on CapeCod. Loud after hours. Too many golf carts zooming around and barking dogs. $$$$

Months prior to our trip we reserved one of your 3 Premier Waterfront Cabins (based on the description and photos on your website the cabin looked comfortable on a level lot and perfect for my husband who has a disability and we were bringing our dog). The cabin we were given was nothing like the pictures, it was on a slope there was no grassy area for the dog to go and the cabin itself was totally unsuitable for a couple in their 60's. We paid extra for this cabin and for the waterfront location. Instead we ended up being moved to a different cabin which was still not comfortable for us so we ended up leaving a day early. Overall a very disappointing experience and vacation. Upon return we received a survey for feedback which we completed stating someone would get in touch with us they never did.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Resorts Peters Pond. It was a great location and had good amenities. It was our first time taking our camper out, and the staff was very helpful; Tom and Walter helped us out when we had some camper issues. We will definitely plan to return!

This was our very first campground that we ever came to last year. We came in our travel trailer at the beginning of this pandemic. We are now back for our 4th visit since that time. We upgraded to a 5th wheel. I love it here in October. Such beautiful weather. You can't go wrong at The Cape in the fall. The water is crystal clear.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, Clean and well kept place, comfortable cabins, warm and clean pool. The manager Bryan was amazing and immediately fixed the problem of my fridge that stopped working and immediately replaced it, it was almost 10 pm when I called him and he still speaks fluent Portuguese pleasantly. The team was always proactive and whenever I needed it, they assisted us without hesitation. 10 stars for everyone and next year I'll be there again.

Rude guests ruined our time .. !! PPond is beautiful and well kept but very very unorganized during our stay. Office people can’t seem to work as team and are extremely Condescending !! We will never return & certainly never recommend . One worker “ Tim” was amazing & helpful.. he’s the only asset worth giving 5 stars for … the grounds get 5 stars but if u want any peace at all… skip renting a cabin or parking there.. they don’t enforce any rules & some major amenities were broken & or removed yrs ago but still advertised .. Beware !

Hi everyone I thought I should share my experience with you all I usually write reviews so here I am . Lake is awesome water is clean I would say 5 star. Pool is nice and warm great for everyone. Although there are I lots of season kids and they might think they own the place I think parents leave them alone the whole time I was there . Bigger kids seasonal wouldn’t let my son use the basketball court. My son is very friendly but wouldn’t allow him play Gaga ball . Place is nice but keep eyes on your kids people

Been here for almost twenty years. The place has had it's ups and downs...but the last few years it has seen some great improvements.....Time for a new edit...4 years later now...back to a down time. They can't keep a manager, 5 in the last 6 years, and the place shows it. Dirty, loud, lots of rules...no body enforcing them. Pricing goes up like clock...ok no issues there, but service goes down just as regularly. Great spot, needs better support.
