This campground is beautiful, quiet, grounds are immaculate. We have a fifth wheel and the sites are large and spacious. Very friendly staff. We will be back. No Credit Cards, only checks or cash.

Sun Valley is privately owned. Half of it is a mobile home park and half is campground. They are pretty separated. There is 30 and 50 amp service. There is a playground for kids. This campground caters to seasonal and long term campers. We came through on a month to month basis as my husband is a contractor working in the area. Cash or money order only. No plastic or digital payments accepted. There is one shower house. The grounds are clean and maintained. It's been very quiet. There is a dump station. No onsite store, but you can buy campfire wood. There is also a catch and release pond that seems pretty well stocked.

Sept. 2024: It was very accommodating and very convenient. We were traveling to Massachusetts and it was a last-minute impromptu stop. We called and asked if she had space for a 24 ft RV, with a 30 amp: it worked out very nicely. You buy the firewood from her on the honor System @ a $1 per log. It worked out well for us and I actually bought an extra five sticks for 5 bucks and really enjoyed the short brief time there. Perfect for what we were doing, traveling... not camping per se. We definitely recommend this spot it was very clean and accommodating.

We found ourselves needing a campsite about 7pm on a Saturday for a one night stay. We pulled up to the campground and were immediately greeted by the woman at the office. She was less than welcoming and made a few snide comments. We did get a campsite for the night however. Campground was very well kept, safe, and quiet. No credit cards here, just cash or check. No prices listed on the board outside of the office. We paid $40 for a water/electric site. Our camp neighbor with a similar setup told us that she had been charged $45. 🤔 We felt the woman charged whatever she felt like at that time. Overall I’d stay again if I needed a quick unplanned site.
