I was there two years ago and was treated very poorly. An elderly woman wearing heavy makeup spoke to me with excessive authority, and the maintenance man disrespected my wife.

It's pretty good but they don't do refunds. And If you work in oilfield it's not a good location cause traffic is horrible in carlsbad and Walmart is packed.

FINALLY❕ Great place. Office was pleasant to communicate with. I'd leave a longer review. But go ahead and waste time trying to call other places nearby.

Was a great park until the owner stopped listening to the park manager and decided to put the garbage bins in the middle of the park. Now all the traffic comes down the lanes to drop off their trash instead of on the side of the road at the entrances to the lanes. Going to be great in the summer months. Should smell amazing! Not to mention all the added traffic coming down the lanes.

Don't like the speed dips if you don't know about them they sneak up on you and if you have a low vehicle you will hit very hard could cause damage to vehicle. So anybody look out for these there. Other than that great quit place to stay. Housekeeping staff that clean some of the trailers very nice ladies.

Debi was very helpful however the layout is very confusing coming in late @ night. Also the speed dips and lack of turn arounds aka dead ends is not ideal for trucks hauling large RVs. I never received my confirmation email which I'm assuming had the WiFi information on it as well. Maybe things will look better in the day light.

Nice place to stay clean and quiet. Staff was attentive and friendly would definitely recommend if you need a one night stay. Price was good for the area. There are several full timers in the park but area was well kept.

This RV park has very friendly staff. They are accommodating to the guest. They have a nice laundry facility at the office and offer laundry services.

This is are 2nd time staying here while working in this area. Rv lots are big with plenty of parking space. They have wifi, cable, laundromat, ice machines, drink machines & you can get your mail & packages delivered here. Ms. Debbie in office is super nice and other employees that I've met are very nice as well. Thanks for everything !! We will stay here when in Carlsbad area again.
