We are paid for the month of February but can’t check in until February 2nd because the 1st falls on a Sunday. It’s a monthly price on a 28 day month that we only get to stay 27 days for but the same price as the 31 day months. I understand February is a short month but to charge me for the month then tell me I can’t check in because they are closed is very unprofessional. I thought it was a full time RV resort. I can’t cancel without losing a $500 deposit but I will NEVER stay here again.

We have stayed here before, always a good overnight stay. Staff are always friendly, sites are not level, always need leveling pads. Which is surprising, as sites are concrete pavers. Some nice grass, but mostly weeds, and unfortunately, lots of ant piles, not good for dogs. Lots of winter activities. Must check in before 5:00pm, and cannot check in on a Sunday, which is not convenient. Close to restaurants and shops, not too far from The Villages area. Would stay again.

We have become full year round rivers. It is a clean, we'll kept rv resort with the best personnel here. A full clubhouse, a heated pool and cabana, pool table, gym and pickle ball, bocce ball and shuffleboard. It is also gated and a laundry.

I stayed at this RV park for 7 days. August 13-19, 2025. Easy check-in. Staff professional and courteous. Had escort to my site. It accommodated my 45 foot RV and my tow vehicle. Had good 50 amp shore power, sewer and water. I was given a remote for entry after hours. Pickleball courts, boche ball and a very nice pool. It was off-season, so I was one of 15 or so RVs I. Park. I was told snowbirds really fill this place starting in October. I loved the place. Definitely will book again. Jeff Utah

UPDATE (2025): This is our 174th stop and stayed for 6 months. Our first visit here since March 2021 and not much has changed - that is a very good thing. The facilities/utilities have been very well maintained including a recent update of the WiFi (37 down/11 up) plus a cell tower new since our last visit (Verizon 515 down/131 up) with little to no buffering or tower congestion, even when the park was full for 3 months. Plus you have almost 60 cable channels. If you are looking for activities(November - April), they have a full calendar of events ranging from bingo, bands, food trucks, cards, pickleball, line dancing, yoga, and many, many more. The staff have all been excellent from the front desk, to activity and maintenance staff. When we had an issue (which was very infrequent), they were very pleasant and quick to address whether it was an in person office visit, email or phone call. The maintenance staff are very busy keeping the place up and their recent work putting brick borders around the trees really made things look great. A favorite stop of ours and already on the list for the winter of 2025-26 UPDATE 1/4/2021: In our 5th week here the second time around and still love this place. Nearing full capacity, everything works great. Shout out to CC, Leonard, Dan and the rest of the staff who are great representatives for the property. One of the things we have grown to appreciate is the lay out of the park and nice spacing between the pads. Initial Review: We have stayed in the park for the first week of four and then 4 months at the end of the year. Have nothing but positive things to say about all facets of the park. For the office, the staff were very pleasant, answered our questions and felt they took COVID-19 seriously. Leonard from maintenance was very helpful and prompt when we needed service and offered some great advice for us newbies. Lastly, the facilities are impeccable and the Wi-Fi works well.

A year's stay is worth it; as good as a 6-month in season rate, plus about $1000. Beautiful resort and the admin staff is fab and very friendly.

We are to arrive January 7th. From pics and reviews, RV park looks amazing. Very excited about our two month stay. The RV resort was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed our stay so much we're booked for Jan and Feb 2023. Lots of activities and staff were very helpful.

Absolutely one of the hardest working groups I've ever encountered in an RV Resort. This TEAM really cares about this community and it shows in the curb appeal from the onset of entry. From dawn to dusk seven days a week, you always see them out and about in community, cleaning, stocking, assisting community residents and so much more!! It is quiet, with friendly neighbors, a secure gated entrance, loads of activities, large parcel spaces, excellent weather, fabulous amenities with The Villages, shopping, entertainment, recreation, natural springs, wildlife (like real free range alligators) and that's probably missing some additional fun filled adventure spots that we are still checking out and finding! WE highly recommend Sunkissed RV Resort, in part because of it's hard working TEAM, who go out of their way to make this a community to call home!

We toured when they 1st opened which is what drew us back for our recent week stay. A gated park where sites are oversized with pavers and roads are asphalt, not gravel or dirt! Entire park is immaculate. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We left on a Sunday, a day the office was to be closed but, arrangements were in place for us to leave our gate remote at checkout. Absolutely lovely park! We will return.

Stayed here for the weekend before Thanksgiving. Great staff ! Great RV Park. Very clean and quiet. Bathrooms were amazing and so was the laundry room. Definitely would go back

We were so sad to leave! We found this campground by luck. I can understand way it gets booked so far in advance. The staff is helpful and the facilities are amazing. Located right on 441 and not far from I-75. What you see on THEIR website is the real deal. So please visit that. My only improvement I would ask for is an accommodation to their entrance way from 441. The road is divided in the middle of 441 right in front of their driveway. Not the end of the world but this is a pain. So some people would need to make a U-turn upon arrival or departure. We plan on being back many times!!
