Great place to stay the people are very friendly the manager never answers the phone never does anything and she kept my security deposit and part of my rent money for the month so needless to say I was expecting a refund of at least $1,000 hours now I'm going to have to take her to court and actually charge her for my expenses and the days that I'll be missing work but I'm doing these out of principle

Worst management of any park I’ve ever experienced. I filled out my application and they didn’t answer the phone for TWO ENTIRE WEEKS. Then, after tracking them down after stopping by at least seven times, I finally found someone at the office. Turns out they gave my spot to somebody else and didn’t even know what size trailers could fit in each spot. I waited two weeks paying storage fees because of them only to not have a spot to move into because they don’t know what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor and don’t put yourself through the absolute disaster that would be living at the park. They’re totally inept and have no professionalism to speak of.

The owners are to cheap to fix the water lines so our water is constantly getting shut off without notice cuz there fixing small sections at time, the rent is way too high for the quality of life, and it's so hot now but the pool is closed, the washer and dryer are so old you have to put half a load or run it twice, the manager doesn't respond to any of the issues brought to her attention, and the maintenance man walks around talking to everyone but fixes nothing! I highly don't recommend this place, at the time I don't have a choice.

This place is wonderful! Quiet and so convenient to the BART and downtown Concord. The manager and maintenance guy go out of their way to be helpful. They make you feel like family! Love this place and would highly recommend it if you are ever in the area.

Pulled in Saturday morning no one in office. The office hours said 10:00am to 2::00pm no one showed up. A gentleman came by and tried to help us by contacting the manager, but no one to be found. So he told us to set up,. We was all most set up when this lady came up and ask who we were. We tried to explain to her, but she said to get out now period. I have never had a manager of any business act like that so rude. The park wasn't that nice anyway nasty and rude is all I can say about this place. Don't visit period is my suggestion.
