In town due to work/little relaxation time and we couldn't have picked a better place! Pristine property and amenities, friendly people, and the sweetest staff! We will be staying here anytime we're in the area!

VERY expensive but a true resort feel. Close to the beach so expect it to be crowded during the season. Open 4/15 to 10/31.

The Resort was exceptional, and the campers we encountered there were very friendly. We made a last-minute call to request an additional night at the beginning of our stay, and the staff was exceedingly courteous and accommodating in facilitating that request. We even had a contact person since we would be arriving later than most, who we called to assist us in locating our site. The resort features a pleasant pool area and a pond designated for catch and release fishing. Additionally, there is a beach area at the end of the pond, complete with a volleyball court. It is a notably tranquil RV resort; however, we were still out later than the designated quiet hours while being respectful, and we did not receive a single complaint. During our stay over the 4th of July, the RV resort hosted an excellent band by the pool on the night of the 4th, accompanied by a parade the next day that featured numerous military veterans and other campers celebrating our freedom. The power was out for a few hours, which I could understand given the large RVs drawing full amps to stay cool in the heat, but the site kept us updated and came around once the power was restored to check if we had regained power and if everything was satisfactory. There is no WIFI available at the resort or even in South Haven, for that matter; we utilized Starlink, so it was not a concern for us. If you need to reach someone, it is advisable to call, as texting or data service in that area is quite poor. This is not an issue with the RV Resort, but rather a cautionary note for anyone planning a trip to that region in general. We would be pleased to stay there again, and the towns of South Haven and Saugatuck that we visited offered more than enough activities to keep us engaged during our stay. If you have a large RV, I am unaware of any other location in the vicinity that is both spacious and as pleasant as Sunny Brook RV Resort.

The Resort itself was awesome and the campers there very friendly. But Elaine was ridiculous. We had something come up at the last minute and wanted to cancel. That wasn't an option so we arrived after 9pm. There was nothing in the emails we received that would let us know this was an issue, typically other sites leave you a folder or something to give you waht you need and you can finish check in the next day but no there was nothing luckily after much calking after hours number with no response one of the other campers provided us with the code needed to get into the Resort when we talked to her about the next day she was ridiculous took no responsibility and blamed it on us like were supposed to go to the web site and read all their ridiculous rules

We've stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. The people we met were friendly and invited others to join them. The resort is clean, well maintained and nicely landscaped. The club house is a nice place to hang out during bad weather. There are 2 pools and 1 hot tub, fitness room, pickleball court, shuffle board, a large outdoor stage with live music and occasional food trucks and 2 laundry rooms, gulf cart rentals, scheduled activities, paddle boats, paddle boards and kayaks to use. We meet up with many of the same people we've met over the years. Can't wait to get back and hopefully buy a site on the lake!
