Went for fishing weekend. Unfortunately only 1 small bass. Really windy week so made lake very rough. Great campground and cottages And loved our wood supply at cabin. Hosts were extremely accommodating. Indoor Pool and hot tub another added bonus. Attended week leading into Thanksgiving

Beautiful spot to camp. We brought our trailer and had a truly wonderful long weekend. Gorgeous area, lovely drive in (minus the bumpy road, absolutely nothing against sunnyhill though, just a heads up). Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. If you are looking for privacy, this may not be the campground for you, but if you're staying with a group and renting multiple sites - it was perfect for that. I wouldn't say the sites are terribly spacious on average, though some are larger than others. Our family was able to make our allotted area work well for us. Side note: We didn't love the maintenance guys leaf blowing a couple sites while we were visiting over morning coffee on Saturday (assuming it was urgent and couldn't wait for a less busy day of the week) and driving their clangy trailer around the loop for no apparent reason, but all in all a good, nice stay. Rec center has pool, hottub, arcade games, etc. I know there is definitely more to do here than what I'm noting, but we just played lawn games, visited and relaxed by the fire, so I'm not sure what all is offered here. Washrooms are clean, stocked and well lit. Price per night is OK. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Website could use a little updating - good site pictures and details of the wonderful amenities could go a long way for those planning a stay/visit. This place is a hidden little gem. Thank you, Sunnyhill, for a nice weekend getaway - my family and I look forward to staying again next year!!

A lovely spot on a beautiful lake. We brought our fifth wheel and fishing boat. Campsites are huge and it felt private. This is a quiet setting but we were only here during the week so we’re unsure what the weekends look like. Lots of space to roam around, this is a big resort and it’s nicely spaced out. Zero complaints with this property, everyone was lovely. The fishing was pretty good too! Lake is clear and clean, very untouched country and that’s what we love! We will visit again for sure.

Hands down one of the best cottage resorts we have been to. Cottage was absolutely spotless and professionally cleaned. Cottage had everything you need and in good working order. Beds were comfortable which is a bonus. The grounds of the resort are impeccable and very clean and the indoor pool and hot tub were excellent for those days when needed. We are all looking forward to coming back next year.
