Not worth wasting your time or money.

Open air laundry mat. About 5 washers actually work on a good day, same with the dryers. There's a quarter machine as well that only works about half the time, so be prepared and bring your own change, as there's no other change machine in San Ann. It's $4.25 to wash and you get 4 minutes in the dryer for a quarter.

I have had no issues and management has been nice from the start. Definitely recommend if you have an RV I don't know how the trailers are tho.

Friendly staff and people living in park. Was a pleasant stay and would recommend. Very reasonable price as well

Its a little place in San Ann. The main perk is that they have a laundromat!! You won't find a mobile home park anywhere with a laundromat! That puts it up there in my book.

Update: i have never harassed you. I was looking for a place that day. You attempted to bribe me because of my eviction. I left and i have never seen or spoken to you since. You are a con artist. My name is Gertrude. I went there today. Inquiring about a place. I told the asian guy everything about my family and told him that i had an eviction because i got laid off my job. He stated that he may work with some people. Then he told me about a woman who he helped out and it didnt work out. I asked him could he work with me. He rambled then stated that he usually asked for 700 for good tenents he then looked at my wallet and asked me how much im willing to pay i did not understand what he meant at first. So i said i dont know what you mean most landlords ask for 2 or 3 times the rent. So why are you asking me. I guess seeing my ignorance, he said he won't rent to people with evictions. I said okay and left. It wasnt until i got in my car that what he was asking for was some type of bribe. He also had others personal information all over the place. For people to see. Renter beware. Update: he posted a womans social security number on goofle reviews. And now its gone. So people please beware.
