We had a great time on a weekend getaway to Sunny Valley campground! Highly recommend staying there during the weekends in October for really fun Halloween activities! I was blown away by the campgroundâs Halloween festivities â all campers and RVs decorated, there was a fun little hayride throughout the campground where lots of candy was thrown at us & they had a lot of decorations, pumpkin carving for kids, a movie night and even a haunted trailer to walk through! They truly put in a lot of work and effort to get people excited for Halloween! Overall, the campground has friendly staff and good amenities. Definitely bring sheets, blankets, and your own pillows if you are staying in a cabin. We loved staying in the cabin and having our own porch swing. Nice, pretty quiet campground underneath beautiful trees. And we also recommend exploring the areas nearby. The campground even provided things to do on our check-in sheet. Definitely explore Rogue River, Wolf Creek Inn, and the town of Golden âghost townâ. We will be back!

Our recent stay at Sunny Valley Campground was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty and tranquility of the place. Nestled amidst rolling hills and lush trees, it truly felt like a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. We had the pleasure of staying at The Covered Wagon, and it was fantastic! The campsites themselves are incredibly well-maintained and spacious, offering plenty of room for tents, RVs, and all your gear. We loved the privacy each site offered, making it easy to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. The facilities were spotless, too â the restrooms and showers were consistently clean and well-stocked, which is always a huge plus when camping. What really sets Sunny Valley apart, though, is its fantastic amenities and the friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, whether you're looking to enjoy a picnic, or simply sit back and enjoy the sounds of nature. The staff deserves a special mention as well; they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces, making our stay even more enjoyable. Sunny Valley Campground is the perfect destination for families, couples, or solo adventurers looking to reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort. Itâs a place where memories are made, and I'm already counting down the days until my next visit. If you're looking for a truly outstanding camping experience, look no further than Sunny Valley â it's a gem!

I highly recommend this campground! It's clean, quiet, lotsa trees. My great grandson and I camped in tent 1st night of 3. Next day I went to the office to see if a cabin was available. Addie was super sweet and upgraded me to a cute little cabin. Slept so much better on a bed. She's always smiling and very very pleasant! My great grandson is 7, so he loved swimming in the pool, swinging on swings and playing in the bouncey house. I loved staying there and if I travel up that way again I will definitely rent a cabin. Thank you Addie for a wonderful stay.

The staff was very helpful in getting us checked in at the last minute. The freeway is close and on a hill, a little loud but nothing compared to the classic rock bring played on 4 sides of the main office, bathroom building. 8am to 10pm...really? And I like classic rock too but not 14 hours a day. Clean bathrooms and sites too

Nice, well kept family/animal friendly RV and Camping Resort. Easy to get to with it being located so close to freeway you can hardly hear it through the beautiful tall Pine and Oak trees. Bathrooms and Shower Stalls are clean and a much welcomed amenity to have while traveling. Several log cabins to rent and 2 covered wagons you can stay in with beds, fridge and power which are pretty cool. Stopped for one night on our way to Coos Bay and definitely would stay again in the future. Highly recommend the Sunny Valley Camping and RV Resort.

Out for a drive and stopped in to this excellent little Campground. A beautiful clean and well managed place. The cute decorated store was fully stocked with all the extras anyone may need to complete a fun camping experience. Plenty of camp sites and 7 little cabins with a seasonal public pool. A five star rating doesn't do this Campground justice. đđ

We arrived after dark with no booking, super tired and with crabby kiddos. We were greeted by staff who quickly found us a spot for our camper, pointed out all the amenities and even offered to let us in the store if we needed anything. I have never felt so welcome at a campground! Safe, clean and super accessible from the I-5. This may be our first visit, but won't be the last! =)

Loved this quaint campground. Easy pull through spots with large spaces for even the big rigs. Firepits at each space stocked with wood! Nice hot showers await you too! Thy have log cabins and Conestoga glancing tents (too cool) easy easy access off the I5. Gas is a bit down road so fill up on way and stock up on supplies. Groceries are also aways down road. Great place to unwind!

Lovely place to stay! It's right off I-5 while not being unbearably noisy, which is great. It's near some awesome sightseeing and birdwatching areas, I personally stayed in a cabin here overnight while driving back to Seattle, WA from Concord, CA. The new owners are awesome, and there's some really wonderful recent renovations to the place that make it feel really cozy. There is temperature control available in the cabin (and it works). The porch and swinging benches are an extremely tasteful touch (my personal take) and the campground itself is absolutely beautiful! There is a lot of history here and some cute little sights to see as you walk around the grounds. You do bring your own bedding to this place so keep that in mind if you're trying to get a cabin here. But everything was clean, the owners were the most accommodating and kind people I have ever had the fortune to meet, and I felt truly rested after my stay. I'd recommend this place to anyone else in the area, it would be especially amazing in the summertime.

This place is a hidden gem right off Interstate 5. Weâve been there twice. The new owners are absolutely delightful! This place about 10 miles north of Grantâs Pass is clean, inviting, and very family and pet friendly! It has a fenced in dog park, childrenâs play areas, lots of very unique cabins, RV and camping spots. The owners have added many upgrades since we first stayed. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful place!
