Beautiful campground! Peaceful. The Kitts family are fair and just straight up, good people. Just don't cause problems and pay your bill and it's all good.

We have been here going on 3 months, we are experienced full time RV family and relocated here from South Carolina for my job, I have had zero negative experiences since we've been here. Jessica, has always been very responsive to any issue or question we have ever had. I see some very negative reviews, I can't speak for those but I would definitely recommend this place for short term or long term stays. If your looking for luxury, maybe you should rethink staying in a camper, this Campground is very quiet and in a very country setting near the mountains. It's everything we were looking for and covers all necessities. The Showers are very clean, and garbage is onsite, fire pits at most all spots. The campers I have spoke with are very friendly.

We stayed at this campground the first time in 2019. Stay for 4 months and had a very great experience. There were only about 5 other RVs at the time but the park was managed very well and we had no problems at all. We came back after a year and stayed for 2 months in August 2020 because this was honestly one of our favorite parks. Not anymore. We had many issues. The water pressure is non existent. We had to fill our tanks every week because there was never enough pressure. We brought this issue up several times. The park is very full now which is great for the owners. Lots of old campers and their lots filled with stuff and trash. One of their rules was no working on rvs or cars and that rule was not enforced because there were several people doing those things. We had also asked if we could receive packages before we arrived. I was told yes, that is fine. Apparently we were receiving too many packages and one of the owners, Jessica, told this to other campers while we were there but never once brought up the issue to us. Every day there would be a dog off its leash or tied up in front of campers barking. We have young babies and there were 3 different dogs that ran up to my 2 year old. There was also an issue with the animals that they kept at the campground. One of the horses they had, had a severe laceration on its face for weeks that they simply weren’t fixing until I brought it to their attention 3 more times. Although the horses were not “part of the campground” as I was told by one of the owners, they were cared for by the family that owned the campground and also within sight of the playground at the campground. The response I got from Jessica about the matter when I brought it up to her was rude and she simply said it was her brothers responsibility. To top it all off, I changed my google rating from 5 stars(from the previous stay) to 2 stars. I received a message from Jessica asking what they did to deserve a low rating after she was really rude the last 2 weeks we were there and she went on to make me feel bad by saying she saved us a spot when we first came. If we would’ve known what we were going to experience, we could’ve never had them save us a spot.

The fake palm trees really set off the atmosphere. If you're looking for a green water pond with sand in your bodily crevases: go here. I loved it. Had a blast.

Smaller than i though it was going to be but can easily handle a bunch of kids/family. Being on sand was nice, theres float toys you can borrow. Its a nice little swimming hole for the kids :)
