The whole time we lived there we had neighbors that played music all hrs of the night. There kids were left alone while dad worked. I complained multiple times nothing never changed. Then my mother in law fell sick and we had to move back home we gave our 30 day notice and moved within that 30 days after notice and requested our deposit back that we put down before we moved there and the lady owns the park refused to give our deposit back. We did talk to a lawyer about it and she was supposed to give it back to us. But fighting it would've taken more that what we put down. The park people that had dogs let there animals feces all over the park never picking it up. The one pier we could use was half broken and duck and geese poop all over it. She was never there her husband was there more and if you talk to him about anything he'd tell you you have to talk with his wife. She stayed out of the country more than the park she was running. Talk to the neighbors around there they all say the same thing about her. She has habit of going up on lot rent and charging extra if you store your boat next to your camper and not her storage. So anyone who wants to stay long term BEWARE!

Beautiful views, water does get drained around mid October, therefore, the slew Close to the entrance of the RV park will be would be completely dried up with no water remaining around the Docks. But, everything is wonderful, friendly campers, good fishing on property. You must reside or rent a camper spot to access the fishing.

Would not return nor can I recommend. It's a piece of land with gravel and lots of rv parked on it. No space between campers and the grounds are untidy . Was so disappointed.
