No Water for days with absolutely NO WARNING. Body full of soap and the shower just stops. Would be nice if the guests were told that the water would be out. How do we shower or brush our teeth? How do we flush toilets? Not a single word from management. Also the bathrooms could be available or they may all be locked without warning.

Me and a girlfriend of mine were walking her dog through the park, this afternoon because I have family coming to town for a while with there RV. And so after looking on the sites webpage, I wanted to take a look for myself. Well as soon as we enter there is a woman who doesn't introduce herself as the property manager or anything automatically is extremely rude. First she told us that we weren't allowed on the property and that we needed to leave, so we were very polite and said yes ma'am and moved on. Well, 5mins later she's coming up behind us on her golf cart with a pos'e of people following her. Speaking extremely loud and even more aggressively than before demanding that we take the exit we were standing on, threatening to call the cops if we didn't do as she demanded. So I went ahead and called the non emergency # for the local police dept. And explained our situation. They sent a deputy and I explained to them also our situation. He told me that we were not breaking any laws and that Kim the apparent (owner), was out of line and there was no need for her to talk to or teat us like she had. So I personally will NOT EVER step foot on nor will I refer this place to anybody I know who is looking for a RV park to relax and spend some time with family and welcoming neighbors and friends.

Great stay and friendly, helpful staff. Fair price. Only possible downside is distance to nearest grocery store so if you don't have a second vehicle, plan to be fully stocked when arriving. Nearest restaurants are also a few miles away. Otherwise, would highly recommend Sunset King Lake RV Resort for any traveler.

We stay here often on vacation. Always a great value on every account. They are very accommodating even when break downs delay our arrival. Great neighbors who always assist with any needs. They listen to any suggestions of improvements and do their very best. They are located close to many sources of entertainment with quiet relaxing neighborhood type environment on the premises. We plan to return often and recommend to anyone seeking a wonderful RV stay as well as bungalow and cabins for larger gatherings. This is a great place.

We have been going there a few times a year since 2016 when we golf at nearby courses. It has always been a pleasant experience. It is a very nice park that has some long term renters and has always been very well kept up nice with no trashy areas. It is very much like a beautiful lakeside RV resort. I had to cancel a day early recently and it was no problem. I was given a credit back for future stay. Very nice management. Brian

We loved this place. So much to offer. Clubhouse, pool, hot tub, on a lake to fish off dock. Everyone is nice. The place is clean. Within a hour from Destin, Fort Walton, USAF base, and many beaches along the Florida panhandle. We will be back.

We stayed for 2 months here and absolutely loved it. The laundromat is clean and spacious! The bath houses are so nice and clean and being in the middle of the park made it super easy to walk to from our camper spot. Our son used the clubhouse almost daily during the summer as well as the pool. The flow of the park is super nice, and the friendly staff made it a place we loved to stay. We will definitely be coming again!

We came to stay for a month while we decided where we wanted to go to. It’s been so amazing here, we ended up staying for 3 months so far and think we’ll just continue to stay! The staff here are so helpful and the long term residents are just so friendly. They keep everything clean and tidy and make sure your stay is the best. The clubhouse is great and the laundry room is a wonderful convenience. They also have a food truck here with a large menu and incredible prices. The owners are the best and will bring your order right to your door. Overall, this has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend this resort. You won’t regret your stay!

Just moved in a month ago. Jennifer & Kim at the office have been great. Just hope to meet people my age lol.. great park so far, very quiet, and clean. Maintenance staff are amazing. Lots of activities, and close to town

Didnt stay there just had to use there dump station but the lady at the front office was friendly and the place was very clean would be a place I would definitely stay at if needed.

Awesome management. Kim is a great manager ! We have been very happy with our stay the last 3 years! And the new speed bumps work well 👌
