Very comfortable, safe living experience. Pool is maintained and cleaned, club house is the same !!! Always some sort of an event going on that the Sunrise community can join in. Managers do a great job at maintenance on every part of this park !!

Nice looking neighborhood but too pricey for an ungated community. Looks like construction is about to take place and may block water views to existing homes.

Very Clean neighborhood and is also very quiet! Nice views of the Lake nearby! Right in the middle between Downtown and the Shops at Lake Havasu, so it's relaxed atmosphere is enjoyed or close enough for entertainment! Know someone there? Time to enjoy a visit!

Love living here. Super friendly neighborhood, fresh lemon, orange and lime trees. Always someone to kayak with on the lake. Or, play cards or dominos.
