The park is well maintained by the manager Teresa and the assistant manager Violeta🌻 they helped us through the beginning paperwork we love our new home few snags along the way but we're getting them worked out. Clean and quiet Park. 💯

Mixed feelings - Antonia, Teresa & maintenance guy nice (great 5 star - people left to do a hard job). park is a bit unkempt but we were looking for apartment. Now with a 703 credit score, and combined income over $3,000 a month (we own our own mobile home in another park) we did not qualify??? Really - so that is disturbing to who is allowed in or not. We were looking forward to a cozy apt. to get away from our crazy HOA new mgr, but it is not to be. Don't know what more we could have done or been asked for.

I love this place. I have a year living here and is very peaceful and friendly neighbors. The tenants are very nice people.

We do have new owners so they say going to try to get it back in shape and now it's a familypark.. No travel trailers or motor homes any longer. Those that are here have to leave.so far so good with new owners. Just dont bother anyone , pay your rent on time and keep your lot clean and you can live here as long as you want. Recent new management is very good..

Please be aware that the beautiful mountain formation at 8436 East Apache Trail (across the street basically from the MHP) is slated to be demolished by way of mining for a period of 10 years. Unless you want dust, noise, explosions, increased emissions from trucks you may want to think about finding another place to rent/live. The mining could start as early as March 2021. Before investing in this MHP, please make yourself aware of this situation.

This place is a joke. New owners took over and gave everyone living in park a 30day notice to vacate. They were extremely threatening and nasty about it. This park loses power and water several times a month. I would run as far as possible from this place. Anywhere is better than here!

This is a great place to live and very friendly staff and tenants. Follow the rules and pay your rent is all they ask. We are very blessed & thankfull the Sunset Resort MHP to have this place to live, Thank you so much for everything!
