TERRIBLE mobile home park. They will up your rent without making ANY improvements to the park. Streets are cracked and riddled with potholes, the kids park is nasty and beat up with cat poop in the sand, animals are roaming the neighborhood, they will tow your car if it is parked outfront with no warning and they'll do it in the middle of the night, the office lady needs to be fired on top of it. She does not care about the tenants just the money, she is a monotone, big back built troll who will make demands and if you dont do what she says she will try to kick you out of your own property. Someone PLEASE fire the office staff and get some new people who care about this community in instead.

They care more about weeds then they do their own "community". The park is trashy but they spend money on getting the roads re-done every year, could have a new park but nope. They target people in different sections as well, not going to "inspect" half the community. When we first moved here "no trash cans on the curb" okay what about the people across the street? Do better! lol Wish we never gave this place a time of day!

Hands down, one of the worst communities to live in. water gets shut off for DAYS with no warning or explanation. Management is probably by far the most useless and most incompetent I've ever known. Take your business elsewhere.

Water will be shut off at random with no notice. We will go days without running water. Rent is raised $50 every year. Who knows why, no improvements are ever made. Office staff never has answers to anything. Upper management is no help either.

If I could give no stars I would. This “community” looks like trash. The water gets shut off for hours at times days with no contact from the office. Rent gets raised every year no problem though. “Security” passes once a day during the calmest time of the day. Management is no help. Don’t spend your money here.
