The people in the park are awesome. The management needs to be fired. The are charging 10 cents more per kilowatt on electricity profiting totals $100,000.00. The activity director just sits in the hall doing nothing but puzzles. Except when they are cruising the park. Looking for violations. She charges for food cooked at the hall, but feeds her friends and family for free. Wifi is constantly breaking down. It is not free. They raised the rate $50.0 to cover cost. There are better parks nearby, that are better. Question the management and you Will be evicted. Find another park...

We love our stay at Sunshine Village. We are not in a room, but rather in a wonderful RV site. The facilities are very clean and the staff members are super friendly and helpful. The guests are great and folks find good friends there. Love the neighboring cows, roosters and sandhill cranes too. It’s a breath of fresh country air, but The Villages and other locations are easily accessible. Thank you to the Sunshine Village staff for two amazing Florida winters in a row so far!!

One of nicest parks we have ever stayed at. Staff answered all of our questions promptly and helped us with any problem we had. We had no vehicle to get around with, one of Staff picked my wife up and drove her to Walmart (Allen Parker) and back. Bathhouse some of the cleanest I've ever used. Can't wait to come back.

We decided to move from Arkansas to Florida and the first place that we found d was here! This place is everything we could have asked for in our new start on life! The people here are outstanding, we have so much fun, learning about where everyone is from and what they've done in life. It's so clean here, it's about an hour from anything and away from the hassle and bustle of the city, so relaxing! It's changed us in just the few days we been here. Love it! It's home now! This place us now our new home! Moved all the way from Arkansas to here and they've made the whole transition easy and effortless! They have gone above and beyond to get us here! Tammy is so amazing at what she does. This place is everything we were looking for. It's quit its clean it's out of town so it's not so crowded!

I needed to find a place to stay, last minute for a week or so, close to Bushnell to complete my domicile change, registration and license plates. I called to see if they had a slot since I only needed water and electric. I was in luck! Anita had a W/E space available! The staff were very nice and helpful! Sunshine Village was a quiet retreat! Residents and campers were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. They have scheduled activities that you can take advantage of like water aerobics, walking aerobics, painting classes, etc. The laundry and bathhouses (2) were clean and accessible. I stayed for 10 days and would definitely go back! Thank you Anita and Tammy!

Not many trees. There is a decent size swimming pool and they have wifi. It was very clean.

What a treat it was for us to stay here. We selected it based on the reviews and the prompt call back. Having such real customer service is so rare to come by and Sunshine Village has so much, you really feel like a valued customer. Anita went out of her way to accommodate our requests and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience with the entire staff. Friendly faces everywhere, the pool was perfect for us to enjoy daily. We'll definitely be back.

Well was this ever a hidden gem. FANTASTIC spot. My wife randomly picked this place, and a little bit of heaven it was. We arrived and stayed 3 days. Had a wonderful swim the first day. Then we walked to the Webster flee market on the Monday, arrived back exhausted and we both went for a swim. NOBODY in the pool but us. My wife did a load of laundry and we just chilled until we left on Tuesday. Property Facilitator, Anita was great along with Tammy(hope that's spelled correctly), and Skip showed us the ropes. thank you one and all.
