When I got to my house there were people holding ak-47s and they told me to go somewhere else worst place ever

They are greedy monsters that would tow your car in from of your home and up the rent every 3 months with no additional benefits, security is so bad. Security causes more distress in the community one time they did nothing when over 50 cars got broken into and smashed windows

I've lived half a block away for seven years. I fell in love with that particular block of Montgomery Alabama. Everything in my life changed, I got divorced December 7th, fired from my job of 6 1/2 years exactly one week later. I'd initially wanted to buy a mobile home and they didn't have a lot for one that long. When I bought my camper and was informed I couldn't stay where I had taken it, I called again, just in case. That's my hood! I love I got to choose and they were willing to accomodate me! I have no intention of leaving any time soon and it's just so good to come "Home", I've never had one of those before! There are no words to describe how nice my neighbors are, how I have things precious to me sitting in my yard and no one has come along to bother them. I am getting to live where I want to live and it's affordable! Camper living is a whole other market. I have a lovely yard, I can fence, my neighbors are awesome and one of my very favorite people at the job I work lives on the same street and she rides to work with me every day! What a blessing! Never mind bad reviews! No one ever erected a statue for a critic. I love where I am and I'm at Sunshine Village!!!!!! I'm also a local artist, painter, in fact, have a huge collection I'd love to sell. I decided to be a farmer, so I'm growing food, I teach English, paint classes, throw birthday and sip parties, I give rides, pick up orders and install and teach others about gardens. All of these doors of opportunities opened up to me, because I wanted to live and moved to Sunshine Village!

It is close to everything, including down town. The police is always checking around the area.

Ownership changed a few years ago and the once great lot prices have increased 3 times. Management has stayed the same from previous ownership and the manager cares deeply about the park and its residents. Five stars under previous ownership, increased prices cost a star

Secure and absolutely Clean area. With Speed Bumps for Safely issues. The guy with the negative adituide about the Manager, ...................well she has to be strick with everyone, because if she didn't, the place would be a dump. Most people don't want to live in a dump. Remember that this is a Mobile home Park.......not a Resort. Families have kids,,...and you know that kids will be kids. This place is truly cleaner that most. As far as Security goes,I've noticed security cameras, and local Police patrolling the area..... Speed Bumps are in place for Safety. ...(grown-ups, will be kids at times). ....... The location of the Park gives you a fairly short drive for basically any type of Shopping, or Dinning Out..

This used to be a decent park bit since has come down a notch or two. I looked out there for a place to rent only to find that you can onky own your mobile home and rent the lots but no lots available ever. I have friends that live out there and there home has been broken into with no help from the park management. This is a little upsetting because the park manager has always seemed to be a very decent lady. The park is clean but has some older homes which shows you that they must be doing something right. Overall its just an ok place. Your lucky if you get in so if you do you may want to count on staying.

Long, deep sigh... how can I review a trailer park when I do not live there!? I did deliver their mail for about 8 years and I will say there are very good people living there. It is horrific how American movies and television portray people who live in mobile homes. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know some of the people who live in Sunshine Village.
