A very rustic campground in a beautiful setting. Water available but no power or sewer. Very clean vault toilets. A sandy beach on a very clear water lake

Campground host was kind and helpful. One of the few places I can camp and still have full cell phone reception. I recommend getting a site near the lake as it's more breezy. Beware the mosquitoes are fearless, dress accordingly.

Likely the nicest, friendliest, and inviting campgrounds I've ever been to! With nearly 30 campsites you're almost guaranteed a space; although, they do allow you to reserve any of several spots and there are seasonal spots available as well. Most sites were large enough for a 6-12 person tent, screen house, open area, picnic table and fire pit with attached swivel grill. Nestled right on the lake and located just off the main road, but far enough down a dirt road that you won't hear traffic. Several bathrooms ensure you're never far with clean water available. Boat launch and swimming area. Dog, drinking, and smoker friendly. 10/10: Would Camp There Again!

Nice rustic camp with no hookups. A well is located in each loop for water. Fishing is good. There is a day use area with boat dock, picnic area and beach. The sites are large and private. The Hosts have taken good care of the grounds vault toilets are clean, and no litter was visible. Noise and Fire rules are enforced for the enjoyment and safety of all visitors. We had a wonderful time during our visit.

Really clean and orderly. Camp host Rob can be intense but he cares a lot and just needs to be communicated with. He is a career military service member and being a veteran myself I can understand some of his frustration. Great people, great trails and GREAT HOSTS! Thank you 1SG!

A perfect quiet get-away campground. We stayed in a spot on the lake with a place to keep our canoe. And the sounds of the loons were wonderful! Clean vault toilets and accommodating campground hosts made our stay great.

Beautiful, quiet and secluded camping. Hosts are kind and do a great job keeping the facilities spotless! About 30-45 minutes drive to the north shore and the very popular tourist sites. We prefer the quiet though.

We had a great weekend at the Cadotte Lake Campground. The campsites and facilities at this National Forest campground are well maintained and clean. The vault toilets are exceptionally clean and were tended to every day we camped. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire ring and many have a direct path to the lake. There is a Forest Service maintained boat ramp with a dock as well as a clean roped off swim beach with picnic area. The onsite camp hosts were friendly and helpful. You can purchase local firewood for $6 a bundle.
