Stayed here for 4 nights and what a blast it was. Did the surfing lesson best $100 I spent this year can’t wait I’ll be back next year. Hot tub is such a bonus of staying here was amazing to sit in it in the rain after surfing. I even discovered a new type of bug I’ve never seen when packing up camp was huge and scary looking. Turns out it’s just a type of cricket and completely harmless. Known as the camel cricket. I can’t wait to come back next summer already planning it and only been gone from the campground a few hours.

We loved this campground. It was a great environment for surfers with young families. Reasonably quiet at night and my daughter loved the playground. The sites are private and all facilities were very clean. We did a surf lesson our first day and my daughter loved it so much we rented gear for the rest of the trip. My only suggestion would be to have some 10ft boards on hand for bigger guys who are beginners. There was lots of wildlife in the campground. The highlight was the 2 juvenile barred owls who came fir a visit every night.

Great time was had by my 4 kids aging from 15-25 in family private lesson from 1-4 pm. The lesson was at Long Beach and our instructor, Hunter, from NZ was a fabulous guy and enthusiastic instructor. The kids enjoyed their lessons with him as he also had them out for a private family group lesson the day before as well. They really improved on their skills and learned water safety too. Highly recommend these guys as they are in the water helping you at all times. Never do they surf or leave you stranded in the waves.

Absolutely loved this campground! I have stayed in many different campground over the years and this, BY FAR, takes the title for my favorite! Me and my partner stayed for three nights and had an amazing time! We were super close to the beach, which was great to watch sunsets at. The bathrooms connected to the communal area were incredibly clean and the communal area is such a nice idea! Full of all the necessities like a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, even has little benches to sit at while it rains, which is super useful in this rainforest haha! The staff is so kind and were so fun to chat with! They genuinely cared for you and we had a great conversation with the two girls during our check out about our trip :) I will travel to Ucluelet and stay strictly at this campground no matter what! 10/10!

What an amazing experience! Was my first time ever surfing. Our instructor Hunter, was super clear with instructions and so much fun 🤩 definitely recommend- not only the surfing- the whole campground is awesome. The staff is overly friendly and helpful 💫💫💫

Stayed here multiple times. Always great. Beautiful sites. Clean. Only thing we would have loved is for the hot tub sign that says "no children under 8" to be in a slightly more obvious place so we could see it before we got our kids into the hot tub. Behind a plant and not visible from the entrance was 😭 Seriously though we love it here.

Great campsite, close to EV charger and comes with 120v plug for EV cars at some sites. Bathroom and washroom wait is kept to minimal and super clean, some simple updating on the shower head can go a long way. Great coffee on site, no need to wait in line. Overall enjoyed three nights, will do again in the future

Excellent campground! We had a group site booked for one night, the site was a little private with lots of space, a couple of picnic benches and a fire pit (but because of the open fire ban we stuck to a small stove). There was plenty of space for our car. The washrooms and showers are well maintained and very convenient. The location is great too, only a few minutes drive to ucleulet!

Surf Junction gets 5 stars from us! Awesome campground, super clean facilities, park area, clean potable water in the front campground and amazing staff. We had a fantastic time there! Wish the weather had been a bit warmer for July. Close to Ucluelet and a half hour drive to Tofino. Awesome trails around the area as well. Thank you Surf Junction for an unforgettable experience :0)

This place was killer!!!! We absolutely loved this campsite. If you’re looking for a laid back surf campground this is it! It’s in between Ucluelet & Tofino which was super convenient. We beach hopped during the days & were never too far from our campsite. They do rentals there & lessons for surfing. They had a nice hot tub, sauna & outdoor showers to rinse gear. They also welcomed dogs!! Great campsite we’ll be coming back!
