Awesome atmosphere! Great place for families with kids. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Found some of the rules weird though but nothing over the top.

Been going here since the early 90s, always loved this place. The new owners are pretty much just into making it look nice and that's it. Customer service is low. If it wasn't for the activities being put on by campers then this place would be brutal. It is all about appearance and not about experience and good customer service. Owners just want to prance around and feel important. It is sad the vibe of this place now. It used to be awesome and a camper first experience. They cut corners on the camper experience to make it easier for them to sit around and feel important. Its a joke. Note, the staff are friendly but are treated with disrespect a lot of the time in front of campers. A lot of staff is 'hanging on by a thread' in their own words. Sad to see this place go down hill. Used to love it.
