Never a bad experience here. I do have to say, very high concentration of permanent locals. Choose your site wisely. Can't say we used much of the amenities this trip as we had obligations elsewhere 2 of our 3 nights. This is about our 8th stay here in less than 3 years of the lifestyle.

Wonderful place to stay to get away and relax. We stayed in the Key West section. We’ve been staying there for a number of years and really enjoy it. However, the attention to details are beginning to slack. Weeds are beginning to grow and a few minor things are being left unkept.
