Clean bathrooms, level spots, cheap firewood, and the hosts were very nice Everything you want in a provincial park.

The lake is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained. The campsite was spacious and there were trees and bushes to provide privacy. But the experience was ruined by an arrogant host Chuck Jantzen. He was rude, intimidating, loud, condescending. We had reserved and paid for 3 nights online. He kept coming around and demanding that we put cash money in the box to pay for an extra "camper". We had 1 camper but since my vehicle was a van and I could potentially sleep in it, he wanted me to pay $44 per night instead of the regular $22. I asked for clarification twice. I have an access pass due to 100 percent permanent disability, which grants half price fees. He agreed that I had paid enough online. Then he came back yelling at me to pay. He demanded that I show him the access pass, then asked what my disability is. I believe that is illegal. My ptsd was through the roof, so I left the campground a day early. The next day I went to enjoy the lake with my family and he found me there and yelled at me to pay the money. Meanwhile, another man working there told me that he harasses people for extra cash fees and keeps it for himself. I did pay the extra. NFS, please find another company to manage this beautiful property.

We had such a glorious time staying at Swan Lake campground for two nights. The camp host Richard was very helpful and we enjoyed talking with him about bikes and life! He had such a positive attitude. We rented paddle boards and spent time just relaxing at the campsite. The lake is across the busy main road so just be aware of this- it was not an inconvenience to us- but something to note. There is a little store nearby for necessities and bait. Our son caught a Northern Pike from the dock! There are no legit hiking or biking trails directly from camp, but tons in the area. There are toilets only and they are clean.

A beautiful place for camping, clean, quiet, and access for fishing. Lots of big spaces to choose for your van or rv’s. We stayed here for few nights as my partner loves fishing. No playground but lots of things kids can do here.

A great campground. Spacious sites, no hookups of any kind. This is dry camping at it's zenith. This was the nicest, cleanest forest service campground I've ever seen. Lots of shade. We will be planning another trip and staying longer. No cell service, which was absolutely needed and warranted. I've attached a picture with a typical view from the day use area. Absolutely stunning.

The host was Very rude to people that wanted to pay and park for a function, the host would not let them, Wich makes no sense because there were no rules posted on what you did after you paid and parked, there were even handicapped people that needed a place to park! Shame on you! Your so called host needs sensitivity training!

Awesome campground. Quiet, close to the lake and even lucked into the Huckleberry festival on the Second Saturday in August. We already put it on the list for next year.

Close to water access. Big sites. Well kept. Wish they had a cut off time for the generators as other guests were using them till almost 10 pm and as early as 8 am.

This is beautiful. Wish it was right on the lake. Also Swan lake has only one public access which is not ideal for kayaking.
