We stayed here for three nights, having extended our stay. We were lucky to have a lakeside site, with beautiful views and a relatively private feel. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We were given a tour and choice of site and he lent us blocks to level our RV. As mentioned in other reviews, he’s often seen on the campground, carrying out repairs, assisting campers or having a chat. It gives a real sense of caring and support. And cherry on the cake : the laundry facilities are modern and clean (and cheap).

The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the number of bugs was overwhelming during our stay. Another major downside is the lake—it was either covered in duck droppings or so silty that you’d sink a foot into the ground. There’s also no privacy between campsites. The price is great for what you get, but overall, it’s not a place I’d choose to return to.

What pleasant and quiet place to camp. Thoroughly enjoyed my tenting experience. Nice clean bathroom facilities and friendly staff. I will be back.

Was pleasantly surprised at this little gem of an RV park. Family owned & run and pride in ownership is evident everywhere you look. The grounds are immaculate & the facilities are clean & well tended. Everyone is so friendly. We will definitely recommend & be back. Perfect staycation spot!!

This RV park has a lot of goodies: by the lake, free kayaking, trees, clean facilities etc already mentioned in many reviews. But one thing really made it stand out is how far they will go to help. We arrived at Vernon very late without any arrangements for RV parking. We called Sean lake, it was full. We called around. All places were full. By mistake, we dialed swan lake again. The owner sensed our desperation, offered us to park on his side yard. When we mentioned the ground is a little tilted, the owner again offered to help us level our RV with some wood blocks. We also noticed that the owner was constantly working. This is probably why the park facilities are all kept in such nice conditions.

Nice place on the lake, a short walk to the nice market that seems to carry a little of everything, the residents are political and picky, and seem to like to control their little world they live in.

Stayed only for 2 nights but loved it. The resort is meticulously maintained from landscaping, pool and the lots. Great location. Close to anything you would want to do or just relax in the quiet of the park. Had no problem with room for backing in a 40ft coach. Room on site for dolly and towed vehicle. Will be back next year for a couple weeks minimum. Can see summering here one day. Staff and residents were all friendly which gave immediate feeling of home. Can't wait to go back.

So they have a uniquely snobby policy here, called to make a one night reservation and was told my vehicle was 'to old' as they have a 15 year policy. Find this more funny than anything but figured I would save you the time if you are in the same boat as the customer service of the owner was as expected from someone with such a policy. If you do have a vehicle that fits these standards have fun dealing with the Basil Fawlty of the North Okanagan camping scene.

Campsite is great, some permanent residents how ever are not, very entitled and complain about the littlest things. No lake access unless you go through the reeds. Hot tub closed but figured it was because of ash and fires happening.

Went to the pool with my children yesterday. Kids were chewed alive for splashing. People should not attack children. Instead teach your misrible resistance to talk to parents instead.
