I waited for over 14 hours, and in the end, when my truck was finally ready, their system crashed and they couldn’t issue me an invoice — which took more than another hour. The staff didn’t seem in a hurry to let me go or fix the system, maybe on purpose. I do not recommend this place.

I had my truck supervisor call ahead to ensure parts were available and a service could be finished out on schedule for when we take our truck by. He took the truck to TA around lunch on December the first. The service tech pulled the truck in and a while later came to tell my driver that he doesn’t know how to service the truck or take the oil filter off. As he was pulling back into our sho about 45 minutes away from TA the office girl call him and told him he had to come back and get his oil cap because the tech did not put it back on. After some discussion with the coowner the manager brought the oil cap to us and told us they were not cleaning the truck to just take it to the truck wash. He said it was only one quart low. Then he proceeded to tell me and my driver that we were on there do not do business with list. He said over 15 companies were on that list. After basically telling us that TA and he were not doing anything for us and that we can just get it cleaned we parted ways. After he left we began to check the other work that TA had previously done for us. We found that they had installed the wrong size tires on another truck which were to small. Then on Friday December the 6th we had a major malfunction with a truck they serviced. The oil filter came loose blowing oil everywhere. These major issues cause by TA has cost me Jobs, money, and service and down time. If they didn’t want my company there then they should have told me.

I went to Pick Up a Loaded Trailer at a Shipper, Hooked Up to it, then inspected it. The last jerk that dropped the trailer off, left it in pretty bad shape. One of the tires were missing tread all the way around the tire, mud flap bracket was bent badly, the mud flap was touching both the rear tires, mudflap had a hole in it, 2 pretty low PSI tires, Left side Rear Turn Signal/Marker light was out, and the Rear Upper Middle Marker light was missing. Called my company and they put in an order for these guys to come out and fix it for me. It wasn't too long of a wait and the tech called ahead and confirmed everything that was wrong with it and had me send him a picture of the lights so that he brought all the right tools and parts. The tech arrived and immediately went to work and started fixing the trailer. He replaced the turn signal, then bent the mudflap bracket back straight, replaced the mudflap, then replaced the tire, and he even aired up the two lower tire for me. He also helped fish out the upper marker light that I thought was missing, but it turned out it had pushed through the grommet and was inside the channel. He got everything all fixed up in a timely manner and got me back on the road and legal. Much appreciated. Thanks!
