Great time! Halloween time is great for the kiddos! Activities and such. Great staff

I’d love to give 5 stars because the campground itself is wonderful, and fun for kids, however there are some permanent residents that unfortunately are quite rowdy and have a foul mouth on loud karaoke machines, and honestly it makes it not so enjoyable. I wouldn’t go if you have kids or want quiet while camping for this reason.

This campground is tailored for their seasonal camper. They have an upfront area just for weekends. The lots to rent for daily use are tough to get into with a pull behind camper. No room to park ur vehicle. There is no full hook up sites. The only good amenities is that the dirty pond where u swim has giant floating things to do. I was not impressed by this so called resort.

We rented campers, sites 252 and 254 for one night. Positives are the ease of check in, secureness of the grounds, the clean and convenient camp store/office, friendliness of staff, and the awesome inflatable obstacle course on the pond. Some negatives were the campers in general... they could have DEFINITELY been cleaned better; I felt like they just did a "once over" and thought it looked okay and moved on. No sweeping really and the couch looked pretty gross (in 252). Also, when you arrive they do not have the air on (at all) so it was extremely hot all day and up until we were finally ready for bed. I feel as though they should maybe turn it on and have it set at 75-ish, if they are trying to save on electric but still being hospitable to guests. Just so it's not unbearable. Site 252's air conditioner had some intense dust build-up that you could see when you looked up at it and it smelled mildew-y, causing everything in the camper to stink and we all left with coughs afterwards. Site 254 was not near as bad as site 252. Those were my only complaints. If you plan to drive your own camper/RV in and/or rent the house on the grounds, you probably will have better luck than we did with the campers.

First year here and so far it's great. Been a bit rainy so haven't been able to enjoy it too much. Looking forward to a good season! The staff is for sure one of the best amenities!

Wonderful campground and quite reasonable on price. They are mostly seasonal but there are several daily sites right next to the pond. Spots are a little tight, but manageable. Staff was friendly and the Wibit in the pond provided lots of fun for the day for the kids.

We visited my aunt and uncle several times. They love the campground, and have lots of fun there. There is lots of things going on there and the swimming pond is a big plus.

Highly disappointed! We enjoyed an amazing Labor Day weekend last year camping here and decided to return. Unsure if there is new management or owners... But there are certainly new rules. What kind of campground discourages kids from decorating their bikes at night and riding around the grounds? Well avoid Tall Timbers as there is a strict golf cart policing situation here which makes all children be off their bikes at dark... Really it's 830! The playground closes at dark... Kids are forbidden from riding bikes after dark, yet people can continue to drive golf carts until 11pm! What are our kids supposed to do exactly after dark? Maybe we should allow kids to be kids and ride and have fun with lights on their bikes..take intoxicated drivers off golf carts at dark...maybe that's the safer option! More importantly advertised activities for the weekend are simply not done... Like the better activity, DJ at the beach. When called to ask about the DJ situation we were told "unsure the DJ was even in the campground"... Maybe hire more reliable entertainment or maybe even hold a person accountable for not showing up. But I feel 1.5 hr after the entertainment was to start...safe to assume the DJ isn't in the campground. Also the kids movie night was cancelled because there was a less than 5 minute period of sprinkling.... this AGAIN was without notifying patrons of this cancellation. Sadly disappointed in the entertainment, such restrictive rules, and poor communication with the patrons when activities change.

Great pond, staff is very friendly. I would recomend using the bathrooms by the office for both shower and toilets. The shower trailer isn't very nice lots of bugs all over. The bathroom toilets are the one in a camper. It's loud at night because they are next to a smell airport and you can hear the plans and trains all night. Other than that we had a great time playing on the beach and in the pond my son loved the blow up to jump off of. wish it was closer to Cedar Point amusement park. Took like half hour to get to Cedar Point.
