The management team and office staff are absolutely the best you could ask for. This is more like a family community than it is an rv park. They are great if you have kids. They have activities for all. I have lived here for over a year now and would not want to be anywhere else. I am thankful for all the staff at TSRV! If you ever need a great friendly place for just a night or longer please give them a try. Ask for Corky and Carmen you can’t go wrong with the community!

Awful experin3ce. Front desk rude and hung up on me multiple times because she dropped the ball on our 4 month reservation the day before we arrive. Very very unprofessional. I would never stay here stay clear owner takes no accountability either.

This place is basically perfect, clean & well maintained. It is central to everywhere you want to have access to in West Central Florida but still away from the craziness. Best place I've found to kick back and relax! I will be back, time and time again.

What a nice little RV park. This is a beautiful little park right along the river! Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Pool is nice. Clubhouse is well kept and laundry and showers are well maintained. Just 35 minutes using the skyway bridge to St Pete or head over to AnnaMaria beaches. Tampa is just 45 minutes north of here. You can't beat being right on the river. GORGEOUS views right at the campground. We look forward to coming back next winter. Thanks for a GREAT stay!

This is a hidden gem just south of Tampa in the little town of Ruskin FL. We had a month long stay here. Sites are decent sized and well spaced. Park is quiet except for the train that runs nearby. Nestled right along the river, it has great possibilities to see local wildlife. There is a park right next door to see tortoises in the wild, too! Mail was easy to get here. Bathroom & Laundry room are clean! Nearby skyway bridge makes only a 35 minute drive to head over to St Pete Beach or just south 40 minutes and arrive at Anna Maria Island. Only 40 minutes to the Tampa fairgrounds. Just an hour from Mote aquarium. Neighbors are quiet and pleasant. No drama. We will be back next winter.

Beautiful park with amazing river walk and seating along the river to watch dolphins The staff is amazing and the manager is the most hospitable. We met people that are friends now. The location is ideal for seeing so many beaches etc. Quiet friendly park and had so much fun. We are returning next year Will miss everyone ❤️

Place is very clean. Staff is fabulous and accommodating. Sites are a little snug for our large class A. Loved the activities. This is not the resort life with concrete pads and casitas, but very nice shell base sites that drain well. Pool is heated in the winter. The location is a little noisy with traffic and train tracks. Otherwise would rate higher.
