Really enjoyed our stay.(winter 24/25) Great RV park, fantastic onsite manager and owners. Nice large, clean, well-maintained sites. Bathhouse is adequate, secure and always very clean. Almost constant lite breeze off of lake and harbor. Very few insects. Direct trail access. Lots of local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Owners and staff working everyday to keep park clean and well maintained. Manager also help us with a small RV issue, and double checked to make sure we were all good. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again when in the area.

My parents wanted to visit family in Lake Okeechobee so I started looking for a campground and reviews are all over the place. We picked Taylor creek what a great choice. Jodi was very friendly and helpful no matter how many times I called with another question about the campground. The campground is very quiet, clean, and very friendly. Everyone always said hi and even asked how we liked our stay and were sad that we were leaving so soon. The marina is very pretty and the trail up to the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail is a very nice feature. We rode our bikes everyday and what a great place to watch the sunset over the lake or canal. If you’re unsure of where to stay give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. Close to town and nice lots. Thanks again to Jodi and the owners for having us.

This is a must. The owners just keep making the place better and better. It’s so quiet and has its own marina. There is access to the trail around the lake for biking or walking. Jodi will greet you when you arrive and take you to your site. Ask for one of the newly renovated sites on the water you will not be disappointed…

I chose Taylor Creek because of the good reviews. We were just passing through for a few days and we needed a campground. This place far exceeded my expectations. Jodi greeted me upon arrival and gave me a quick welcome to Okeechobee spiel and showed me to my site. Well appointed, the spot looked pristine with its borders, flowers, bushes, and picnic table. Sitting right on the water, I felt safe and peaceful. While the new owners build out more amenities, I would recommend this park. It was clean, convenient, and friendly. Kudos to Jodi and her team. Thanks for a great visit.

Kudos to the new owners for reinvesting in to the long term preservation of Taylor Creek Campground and Marina. The place looks phenomenal and it’s great to see an entrepreneurial family that takes the time and pride to go the extra mile. Keep up the great work.
