After driving 500 miles that day, this small rv park was the perfect stop for us. Handled everything online. Easy access from I-35. There are 2 restaurants close by. The coffee shop is on the park property but closed on the Saturday we were there. Water/electric/sewer. 30/50amp Lots of space to walk the dog. Did not hear any road noise.

This is a okay park to stop overnight. Alot of full time here, The price is fair for full hookup The reason I only gave a 4 star is when coming in during dark hours, the location numbers on the poles were not reable. It would be nice if the numbers were reflective for night time.

Sometimes plans work out and sometimes they don’t! And sometimes when plans don’t work out you happen upon a gem! This was our case and we ended up spending two nights here during a blizzard/ice storm that descended on us as we headed south! Ted’s had great facilities (clean and spacious), easy access, friendly and helpful owners/staff - they made this unexpected event very comfortable!! Having a restaurant at the end of the park was super great and we are eager to experience the coffee shop that was being built while we were there! We will be back!!

Easy access park but no concrete pads. Limestone parking area will have you tracking grey residue in your rv. This was only complaint. Has nice restaurant near park, great food! Would stop here again.

Stayed for 1 night and were winterized when we arrived. De-winterized that night and discovered a leak in the shower. Called Tom the manager to ask where the nearest hardware store was that might have what we needed. Tom said he could come in the morning and probably had what we needed to fix the issue. Sure enough, he had the parts and tools needed and fixed the leak in about 15 mins. We soon discovered another leak after he had left for work. He advised us where to go for a new shower valve and checked in a few times during the day to make sure we were ok. We got on the road later in the day with a functioning shower. This is a small RV park with the cleanest bathrooms we have seen in rv parks. Tom was our hero and the restaurant next door, The Barnyard has very good food. The owner raises his own cattle and it is really good quality beef. We will stay again when in the area.
