Just got here middle month has new manager who is great and has a terrific care taker very pleasant people, nothing fancy but perfect if your going to work or visit the area. Very quiet place niebor.

My friend lives here. I came to eat dinner and visit. The neighbors were also cooking out. This RV park is a quite blue collard community, it's clean and well maintained.

I have been there coming on a year and a half now. Originally moved in because it was close to work. But the staff is awesome and personable, the park quiet, the shower and laundry facilities are very clean. I feel fortunate to be here.

This RV park is most commonly full. I think the main reason is because the man who owns it is a fair person who will work with the right person who keeps up with their payments. The park is always in good repair and the people who stay there are quiet and don't seem to get into your business. The owner has several other properties that he manages for people in Midland recently released from prison including a faith based halfway house that I have never heard anything bad about. He does well with upkeep of the places he rents and deserves kudos for the excellent service he does in the community.

Just moved in management very nice and helpful. Nice clean laundry room and showers. I love the view of midland across the field. So far quite place. Security cameras managed from the office is very nice. I am alone weeks at a time. I also like the black top roads in the park.
