We stayed here on our way down the Alaska Highway and it was a great find! Basic campsites (no services), nicely spaced, some with river views (from a steep bank). Only one official access to the river and it's a bit dodgy if you're not super mobile but it was perfect for what we needed. Very well maintained, host on site. It was quiet, clean and safe and the short jaunt off of the highway was a good road.

Excellent campground. It is easily accessible for our 30-foot trailer. We were able to stay hooked up to our pickup truck in site 10. All sites are back in. We love the sound of the river and the free firewood and fire pit. $20 per night. No hookups. Outhouses and a small play area for the kids. It was raining so we didn't tour past our site. There was a box of dry firewood near the entrance where you registered, as well as small stacks left at each campsite. We didn't have anyone on either side of us, so we ran our genie til 11pm. No wifi or phone zone.

Great overnight on AK trip. 3rd week of May only a few other campers. Free firewood always a plus. Would stay again. About a mile gravel road drive into but in great shape.

Boondocked one night at this quaint and quiet and peaceful campground. Pay $20 by envelope at the campground. 31 ft camper fit easily. Slept soundly.

Totally will go here again. Thanks to Ginger at North Peace Regional District office for her suggestion to buy Thermocell Bug Rellant device. Keeps the bugs out if your hair for 4 hrs. Great site, nice river to walk along. Yeah!

Had the best 4 day weekend over Canada day! The park attendants were amazing and super friendly! Campsites are nice and private amongst the trees! Well maintained and clean outhouses!

Extremely surprised at how nice this spot is! The site are very private in a very lush green arwa with river view. Clean outhouses and free firewood! A true hidden gem

This is one of the hidden gems along the Alaska Highway. The campground is comprised of 25 unserviced campsites some offering distant views of the Tetsa River. All of the campsites are fairly level with picnic sites, private and have fire pits. There are pit toilets present which were clean and campground offers free fire wood. The cost at the time for a nightly visit was only $20. We will definitely be staying here again.

A beautiful campsite, well laid out, and reasonably provided. Run by the Regional Municipality, & well kept. Being a river-side site, there are mosquitoes - but not unbearable. Well water, needs boiling for safety, of course. We overnighted on a trip to the Yukon, August, 2014. An easy day's drive from Dawson Creek.
