Love this RV park! Every single person we communicated with Texas 281 was so kind and helpful. Great shaded spots, functional bathrooms/showers/laundry, and tons of activities! If we ever travel back this way this is 100% where we will stay.

Mixed review here. Beautiful scenery and mostly nice tenants. A few people in the office are kind…some of them think they are entitled to treat people rudely and I suspect package withholding, or simply some associates don’t want to get up and do their job. I have spoken to tenants who have been here for years and they love it but say that a divide is present. THE MAINTENANCE CREW IS TERRIBLE! Watch your belongings when they are in your area. They WILL damage your property and act like nothing happened. Plus, none of these jerks knows how to greet people? I heard the owner was cool, but other accounts say he ignores tenants. No good! Plus, there really are NO amenities except for restrooms and laundry. The basketball courts are a joke and I heard there was a pool at some point…Nope…especially with this heat it would be nice. The gym is a joke…nothing works. Nothing to really do out here but walk around in a few circles. I really love the breakfasts and activities during the month.

First time staying here and it was an overall really great experience. Plenty of space to walk my dog, really cute, vintage club house. People were very friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Nice laundry set up and the location was perfect! I loved that I was down the street from everything I needed. HEB/Walmart, restaurants, CVS, Academy, etc. Beautiful scenery! Couple of little snags that don’t really matter too much because of all the amazing qualities this park has: 1. It does take a bit to get out of the park when towing a 30’ RV because it’s off the literal highway. There is no access road, I just had to wait a bit for very fast vehicles to stop coming so that I would feel safe in driving out. 2. For the most part the asphalt was pretty flat, but remember it is the hill county. A mixture of my automatic jacks going out and the uneven ground had my jacks bend and the rig stayed unleveled during my stay 🙈. I was too exhausted to try and figure it out and had a lot of work to do for my business so I just left it like that. This is where I found out the showers were clean and had great water pressure. The shower on the right side was much better than the one on left side. Overall, it is a very nice park and the people were very friendly and helpful!

We stored our travel trailer here for several years, and it was always safe and well-protected. We knew we were leaving it in the best possible place—with great service and reasonable prices. Dan and Kerry were the best part of this park! They were always so friendly and understanding. Leaving your trailer here for storage is the best choice you can make! :)

Our first time staying here for this weekend , I feel blessed we got a spot on a one day reservation . Now I know why this park is so full , with a lot of long term campers it appears , because it’s a very friendly staff and campers , nice and shady sites , and plenty of restaurants and stores just minutes away. We even attended their Sunday morning chapel service at their beautiful Little Rock chapel that is so unique with great people and great preaching ! So convenient to not have to drive in heavy traffic , just walk to church on Sunday mornings . We hope to be back soon , as we have family nearby . God Bless and keep up the good work !

Nice and comfortable park that is a mix of short term RV visitors and full time residents. There are several very nice clubhouse buildings.

Texas 281 RV Park in Bulverde TX At first, I didn't think much of this location but within a day my opinion changed after walking around a bit Several club houses with bathrooms, showers, game rooms, kitchens, common areas & laundry Extremely friendly staff, nice office with mail room Not many amenities (no pool, play areas for children, etc.) Several pull thru sites converted into dual sites, very small Some organized events like Superbowl party, bingo, ice cream social & pot lucks Mostly seasonal-long term residents with a mix of park models, stick and mortar homes, mobile homes, travel trailers, 5th wheels & RVs, most of the short term guests are located up front Close to Boerne & San Antonio Mature landscaping and trees (most of the trees are trimmed and maintained, we connected with one that was overgrown and we had very expensive damage) Very friendly residents, all of them were wonderful! Stayed 4 weeks in Feb

Great staff, very helpful. Weather was nasty, so we ended up heading here a couple days early to ride out the storm. They were very accomodating, and worked us in.
